What about a 76 year old woman who is inactive due to a bum knee? Can I lose by eating 1000 calories one day and 2000 the next in an ongoing basis? I have 25 pounds to lose.
I have never thought to alternate my days. Interesting…. I'm nervous to try this but very valid points. Great video!!

Hi Jenn, with calorie cycling, aside from hitting our daily protein goal, would we carbs and fat cycle too, or do we still aim to hit ALL macros daily when calorie cycling?

Great Video!!! I am been doing my personal points with success of losing 31 lbs since May. Which I am very happy with my progress. But, I have wondered about this topic. Do you find it to be harder to track your calories when you don’t make your own food and can’t track every calorie consumed? Is it more time consuming then figuring out my personal points? TYIA for reply.

Jenn this video was so informative. Just what I needed. I panic when I go over calories. I won't after watching this video. I use the Lost It App and just recently noticed that across the the top of the page it shows your calories, protein etc for the entire week. This will also help. I'm excited for your next video. I've joined weight watchers more then I can even remember and never reached my goal weight before giving up. I had you calculate my macro's in July and have lost weight every week. I will be checking in soon for a recalculation as I've lost almost 15 lbs so far.

I love this video n I do believe that this is the way to go but how do I know how many calories I should eat every day n how is ur foot/ ankle. U look great n u have this down as a science. Thank you
P.S. you are absolutely right about the fact that there is no quick fix. You eat what you want when you want but you track it. And get some exercise. And slowly but surely the weight will come off.
I do points. I've never counted calories. But WW works for me so I stick with it.

I never reach my protein goal – always under . I keep trying them when I add another protein it increases my carbs and sometimes fat
. I get so frustrated but not giving up!!
So do you still eat your protein goal everyday or do you cycle that too? So if you eat less calories one day, do you eat less protein that day?
