What do you think about reeses peanut butter cup popcorn from Costco?
Sooooo it took the ressurection of Jesus to wake me up just now out my diabetic sleep after eating a whole bag of popcorn at this hotel that they give for free. LMBOOO!!! Don't ask how I ended up on this video. I think you know the reason by now. FYI after I woke up and took my insuline immediately I threw all the popcorn bags away.
3 Cups of Seed Unpoped, Popcorn or 3 Cups of Popped Popcorn???
I have No Idea what You Just Said???
Why are there so many opposing opinions on butter?
Can I use palm oil on popcorn
Hi! do you have any information about type 2 diabetics that are none medicated and are diet controlled?
Used to make popcorn stove top which took 2 tablespoons oil and half cup kernels. Then the stove broke and we had to wait. Bought a silicone popcorn popper for the microwave online. It takes no oil and half cup kernels. 2:30 we have beautiful full bodied popcorn with no oil required. Add a drizzle olive oil and seasoning.
So you're saying butter is bad for diabetics? That moderate amounts of popcorn are fine unless you put butter on it?
Someone with diabetes should avoid carbs as much as possible and snacking is a taboo. Don't teach them to play with matchsticks
I'm curious….how long does it take for
POPCORN TO DIIGEST?!
So I am working on 50g of carbs per meal and in between for snacks I keep it to 15g of carb is that good? I am not yet Diabetic 2 but have high sugar and been told to decrease my carbs.
What garbage. Butter is good for you. Better if from a grass fed cow. Just watch serving size. Your body needs natural fats to use fat soluble vitamins.
Excellent just what I needed to know
He dident say anything i wanted to hear
Thank you so much, l like popcorn but I eat with peanut, and am managing diabetes, will it affect my blood sugar?
Since you asked my thoughts towards the end, I'm going to share them LOL. I think with the given facts that you've stated for people that you mentioned in this video it's best for them to only eat popcorn with a big group of people. Because let's face it if you're alone and you're popping up a whole bag of popcorn it's very rare that you're going to have that feeling of (or at least I should speak for myself) > rolling up the bag and then putting it in the refrigerator, cupboard, or whatever you do with it. No matter what, the popcorn is not going to be good if it's not fresh. So to limit yourself at 3 cups is going to either take extreme restraint for eating the snack properly, or require for you to eat it with other people
Love popcorn. I went to movies took a small sandwich bag. Filled it with popcorn. Slowly ate it. When I was done that was it.
Spray good olive oil on it, sprinkle nutritional yeast on it soooooo good.
The Orville Rechanbeucher brand makes a "Smart" mini bag popcorn that only has 100 calories per bag.
Are you saying that a given amount of carbs that's bad becomes worse when healthy fat is added? But isn't fat supposed to slow down the absorption of carbs a little?
Hello doctor, I am a type 1 diabetic. I wanted to ask you steps to start fasting, what should I do, I should lower the dose of slow, I hope you can help me
I trid popcorn but did soms Carb calculation for my pre meal insulin amount. DON'T DO IT !!!!!!!!
I am single and yeah eat the whole bag in one sitting.. So have to avoid popcorn.
not what my blood sugar monitor says no no no for diabetics my meter was developed by science
I just spritz mine with a teeny bit of acv and sprinkle it with nutritional yeast.
High carb along with high fat is very bad for you diabetic or not.
I eat the entire bag of buttered popcorn.
Do you know that we shouldn’t say “diabetics”. We must say persons with diabetes.
