Interesting… Well, I DID tell you all that being Carnivore while not "as" bad as Veganism, because it's designed as a survival food, you can't be entirely healthy by being carnivore long-term, just like you can't be so while being Vegan. You can however be healthy being carnivore for MUCH LONGER, if you ensure you're eating the ENTIRE animal, and generally doing so "raw".
BTW, in the old days they didn't really eat "fermented meat", they dried the meat. Most of the ways they eat fermented foods were with cheeses, yogurts, "Pickeling" various foods like cucumbers and otherwise, vinegars, wine, etc. As well various cultures had their own unique fermented foods, like Kimchee, Sourdough Bread, Beer, and many others.
I guess I havnt watched your videos in a while… i thought you were still carnivore. Nice to see some plants making their way in. Through self experimentation i've found too much in either direction to mess me up.
I have rheumatoid arthritis. I know there are supposedly lots of veggies that make it worse, like tomatoes, dairy and greens. What can I eat for veggies?
In regards to building a healthy gut microbiome – wouldn't the combo of homemade kefir (assuming one doesn't have Candida or SIBO) and raw honey do the trick? Kefir being the probiotic and raw honey as a prebiotic? This makes sense to me at least. My only question would be how much prebiotic/carbohydrate is necessary and how often?
I honestly feel bad about the ex vegans who get shunned and ridiculed because they stopped being vegan, it’s almost like a cult, when someone leaves, they get shunned, disgusting…..

You don't believe in justice. Any excuse will do to blame anything except your own habitual meat-eating diet. Because you cannot put down that piece of meat and replace it with a piece of vegetable protein, you just say anything. The things you say are not true. You just don’t want to put down that piece of meat. Either you be too ignorant, or too attached, or too habitually ingrained by the negative power. And it’s difficult for you to shake it off just yet.

It says grassfed from Australia and taste is on point and as far as I can tell it isn't heavily filtered as they have cheese crystals and everything in them.
