I use essential oils and teas for my last pregnancy as well and my baby came out healthy. In fact, the tea saved my life because I did not know I had diabetes but what I did realize is the teas always made me feel better. Once I finally got checked they confirmed that I had to diabetes and I switched to a vegan diet and continue to use the tease and got rid of it within 2 weeks

This video is full of nonsense, I drank chamomile with both of my pregnancies! Both of my babies are healthy, and I was fine, how about you ask pregnant women who actually drank the tea before making assumptions and making women afraid of drinking the tea. They say the same thing for hibiscus tea and I never miscarried, or had bleeding from hibiscus tea.

Can you please provide studies referenced? The evidence seems inconclusive.
