Love Dr. Jay! He is such a blessing to those who are looking for answers. I highly recommend investing in a genetic consult with him. I had one in July and my husband has one coming up in September. Although there are many things that pertain to everyone, finding out what is specific to you is even more helpful to your health. Furthermore, instead of taking an alarmist approach, he calmly explains what to avoid in order to work with the genes God has given you.
Recently learned on Andrew Huberman’s podcast that intermittent fasting is not good for women, it increases our cortisol. FYI!
I don’t think RO systems work that well bc the filters get saturated pretty quickly and then don’t filter as well. What filter do you use? Yes, all the pipes are plastic now.

What are the carbs you’re talking about? Are you talking about pastries and say what are you talking about? Because good carbs I think are fruits on tonight? I eat fruit and I eat protein in the morning and I don’t need carbs much either, but I don’t know what kind of carbs you’re talking about because I do a fruit. Please clarify that because in general, when you say these terms, everybody understands them differently, so that would be very helpful and I would really appreciate that.

People should be minding the Bible when they eat, unfortunately modern food & health isn't covered. It does say to avoid dirty foods though and everything not certified organic has chemicals that turns wild animals gay, including drugs.

I did carnivore and it made everything worse, I did it for 54 days and saw no improvement with any of my issues I wasn’t less tired I was more anxious and my libido plummeted. I’m not saying it’s a bad diet but I am one that zero carbs hurt more than helped. I lost weight but it wasn’t worth how anxious I got

Dr Tom Cowan says that mold is not the culprit….its toxins…aka pesticides, herbicides, all kinds of chemicals. It’s the old "blaming the firemen for the fire" situation. The mold is simply there to clean up the toxins. Same thing with supposed viruses. When they claim they see a "virus" it is simply cells in our body cleaning up necrotic tissue. They blame mold because they don’t want to admit it’s chemicals…too much money in it. The medical system and the FDA are not about health. They benefit from keeping everyone sick.

Chik-fil-a chicken has birth control in it besides pesticides and is soaked in sugar water and all their sauces have HFCS. Which all contributes to harm in the body. Hormonal/metabolic dysregulation, gut-dysbiosis.
Our foods are "moldy". Grains, dried fruit, juice, etc.
Women shouldn't skip breakfast if they want healthy hormones. Have healthy fats & proteins. Carb cycle/seed cycle with your menstrual cycle. Women shouldn't fast or eat like a man (generally & vice versa) if they want to mantain fertile hormone health.

Many times people speak about plastics being bad for the environment, and too often conservatives will write them off about being hippies/tree huggers/nature worshippers.
Making it clear this affects OUR families fertility is powerful. Now and for generations to come (or lack thereof)!
