I just can't drink milk, but cheese and yogurt are great and delicious.
You didn't mention casein a1 or a2!
I've been drinking 1-2 glasses of raw milk with added heavy whipping cream for many months now, Carnivore for 11 months. Mainly due to having trouble gaining weight no matter how much steak and eggs I was eating. So I'll have 1-2 glasses per day. I think dairy could be good for those who might not be getting enough insulin response from the meat and eggs. It also solved my electrolyte issues for the same reason.
I'm not sure what causes "insulin suppression" but it seems to be genetic where some do need a little more insulin bump if they aren't getting enough of it via gluconeogenesis or the tiny amount of carbs with the meat and eggs.
But it absolutely will help gain weight. I went down from 185 to 141, then about 6 months in and after adding milk, now I'm up to 171. Which is probably right at my ideal weight. I've def added more muscle though, but a small healthy layer of fat
The difference is I'm still fitting into my size 30 waist instead of the previous size 34
i think kits the round up messing us up…..
should be fine unless they add vitamin D3 in there which most likely is synthetic.
so good!
