So vegetable iodine seaweed (white iodine) and kelp is no good? I have the nakka one.

I have bad skin and I put it all over my face and what a difference immediately. Also TMI after breastfeeding my first kid I got inverted nipples and discharge put iodine on it and now it's not inverted, just like that. I also put it on my hair today 1hour before the shower and little to no hair fall and usually that is not the case. Hopefully u can't overdose on iodine if so I'm in trouble because I put it on every part of my body.

I've been supplementing 650 mcg of iodine a day now for a month and I've definitely noticed an increase in my internal body temperature.

Humans need more iodine than can be found anywhere on earth except the shore. From evolutionary point of view this makes no sense. The world must have had a higher iodine concentration in the top soil but then the great deluge washed it all away. There is more evidence to this. The highest iodine concentrations are found in salt goo near petrol and gas mining rigs. All nutrients ammassed there by floods. All the carbon, iodine and other elements.

Hey Frank, I took around 750 mcg of iodine from Norwegian kelp and i felt rheumatic pain in my right arm and noticed my feet and hands are cold a lot of times. I noticed my erection is weaker too. Did I permanently damaged my thyroid?

I see you're using the Lugol's from the J-Crows. You're being ripped off. Atom Scientific provides a much better deal, and the original formulation was a 15% strength, which J-Crows does not offer., but AS does, as well as a 10x concentrate version, which is actually a double strength of the 15% when you check the label. Much better value, save you lots of money.

I can’t find a person with diet info I trust more than this dude. But, I hate being biased with shit and I’m not sure if I’m being brainwashed or if this dude just too fukin knowledgable with shit. Easy view this fuckin greek statue through an omnipotent lens. Fucking Deity dieting. But… like, are there any peeps out there that counter argue anything to do with any of Franks vids that hold merit? Im too dumb to remember any cognitive dissonance with any of his arguments and don’t wanna go to uni for this cuz, I wanna keep it selfish. Ain’t tryna be a dietitian here. Im a musician. Gonna keep it that way. Lmao. I like the way he does research based on common sense and stuff but, I still don’t think its this simple. Am I just over thinking this and, should just kinda go off of feel, cuz shits still subjective, factoring in allergies nd shit. Buuut, my obsessive tenancies with shit is inevitable and I wanna mitigate the danger that obsession can bring about. So…if anybody got the plugs to power this feel good hedonistic treadmill of health and wellness I’m doing steady-state on, casually chasing some grass-fed beef liver on a fishing rod….lemme know.

I started putting a dropper full of Lugol's iodine in my coffee years ago because I had an enlarged thyroid. You can't taste the iodine in the coffee, by the way. I stopped taking the iodine once my thyroid reduced in size and I lost weight. Now I'm back on the iodine because my thyroid started to increase in size again. Already I see a difference and I feel more energetic.

Geneticists have found evidence that Neanderthals are in fact a separate species of Homo by ~200 mt-DNA base pairs back in 2010. The Denosovians even more so a different Species having ~300 mt-DNA base pairs differance than Homo Sapian Sapiens. https://www.genome.gov/27539119/2010-release-complete-neanderthal-genome-sequenced

The reason why they used mitochondrial DNA is because Females pass it on to both Sons and Daughters but only the Daughters can then pass it on to her Sons and Daughters. This makes it easy to identify geographical placment and migrations as well as crossbreeding. (Much like Y-Chromosome but that is exclusive from fauther to son)

PS: Iodine is extremely reactive. Do not drink Iodine or place it on deep open wounds, it is for topical use only as an anti-septic.

Correct about pregnant women. My mother was told by her doctor to eat raw liver when she was pregnant. That was normal in the 80's in Germany. Today many females avoid eating meat let alone raw meat. I wonder who could be behind such genocidal propaganda.

Sweden don’t have iodine, that’s why they sell salt with added iodine. You can eat sardine fish aswell if you want more. Its good for the testosterone too
