I've been taking it and noticed an increase in mpg…but seriously folks.. I saw an anecdotal account of reversing kidney damage…so its a + for me.
I started taking it and have noticed both my husbands and my grey hair growing back in darker. My husband’s beard is less white and I am getting tiny hairs back that are not grey. It is the only thing new that I have added. Not even evidence based at all, but we will keep taking it. I am also noticing less inflammation and pain in my ear that has otosclerosis and my skin looks better. So evidence or not. With what you presented. I am going to keep taking it. If it can possible help with my asthma and or cancer stuff. I am all in. Call me a test subject I guess.
Astragalus also known Huang Qi in Chinese Medicine is never given alone. It is always combined with other herbs depending on what the problem is. Western scientists need to research the effects when it is put into an herbal formula as it is in Chinese Medicine.
Dr. G is my hero.
So basically we really don’t know if Astragalus is really beneficial or not because it was used in a group of 50 other vitamins or minerals.
Thank you!

Interesting! Thank you <3
Consuming astragalus for nearly 2000 years, interesting to track its rise and fall in popularity.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Astragalus "raises chi". When I trained in TCM, I was taught it could raise blood pressure.
I love this channel!
I don’t remember you covering Serrapeptase in your How Not to Age book. Have you analyzed it?
Thanks for the video.
