Hello i’m back after 2 weeks thank you again for your booklist. I am now gaining knowledge about this disease. I had my surgery 2 days ago they removed my endo it was also on my intestines.. so i am now recovering. The doctors also told me to start the pill but i am eager to try naturally!

Thank you for this videos, Jola! Please know that you are helping a lot of people. I’ve recently been diagnosed with endo and my doctor suggested I could STOP my cycle for 8-9 months so we could stop the growth of lesions. This would be a great relief for me because I feel so overwhelmed by all the information I have to learn and all the changes I have to make.
Do you know if STOPPING my cycle for 8-9 months would have a negative side effect on my health (aside from what you mention in the video)?
