Love all the information you provide Dr G. I have been intermittent fasting a very low lectin, no sugar, no seed oil diet for over a year. My initial weight loss was about 40 lbs, which I have maintained. One problem I have is low libido. From what I understand, this could be caused by low levels of estrogen. Within this podcast, it is stated that fat produces estrogen. So, how can I fix the low libido without adding fat to my body?

i put home made, unsweetened hemp milk in my coffee, hemp hearts, almonds, coconut and various milk alternatives also are high fat, will all of these fats "envelop" the polyphenols in coffee?

Dr. Grundy, you can cook bitter melon with miso ….just saute the sliced bitter melon (remove the seeds) in olive oil , garlic, onion, seedless tomatoes, you can add sea foods like wild caught shrimp, add sesame seeds and miso… add shrimp sauce or salt to taste. done… yummy. the bitter the better. Also, we eat bitter melon leaves – we add on some soup…
Great interview with Dr. Li. I have Dr. Gundry's new book, now I have to get Dr. Li's new book. This new information really fires up the brain since we are learning new things to help with our health.
Overeating is appropriate only when using GMO products. Eating natural foods quickly reaches the limit of saturation and satiety. For many years, you can conduct research, but the result will be the same – natural food is the way to health, everything else is "from the Evil One"…

It's also so much about the quality of our fat. A high quality cold pressed Olive oil or an Avocado, or even a grassfed hamburger cooked at a low temp is quite different than overheated/oxidized veggie oils or a bbq'd factory farmed hamburger etc

I have started making coffee with coconut milk as I am lactose intolerant! I used to add soy or oats milk, but after listening to one of your podcasts, I switched over to coconut milk. Is that not favorable either?

Good day my favorite Doctors. i am watching from Philippines & happy that i am watching you both in this video. i have cacao in the farm and want to know If i can add sugar to the 7.5grams of dark chocolate likewise the exact time to take it. in previous video its said to be 2x a day. also will i just eat it make it as beverage. I am 64yrs old. living alone with dogs and cat, no children, and want to stay healthy, strong & live long coz pity for my pets. Thanks a lot ang God bless.
