What foods are "brain-healthy"? steel cut oatmeal? blueberries? salmon? broccoli? brussel sprouts? beets? eggs? carrots? cabbage?
Can’t wait for the book to read it all!
Great video.
So I met this elder elderly lady who's diagnosed with and treated for maculair degeneration, so I recommend her to eat more broccoli, kale and cabbage family vegetables, so then she tells how she used to eat plenty of those being younger whereas now that she's older cabbage family vegetables hurt her stomach, so she stopped eating them, what's such a lady to do?
otras verduras que tengan luteina?

So what if you’re one of those people who still hate green leafy vegetables no matter what anybody says? Well, I had an interesting thought when I first watched this video a while back, and it was that taking an eye-health supplement might serve as a good alternative for those people who will always shun greens. Getting your nutrition in a pill is never ideal, but it’s certainly better than inviting ill health by just starving yourself of these important nutrients.
I love how the answer is always the same, eat more green leafy vegetables, like kale! I wonder if Dr. Gregor could research the benefits of fresh moringa leaves, and the leaves of the Roselle hibiscus plant. I have both growing in my yard and consume them on a regular basis.
One of the reasons I came to WFPB was for the physical health benefits. One of the reasons I've stayed here for over 11 years is the cognitive/mental health benefits.
Another wonderful video. Excellent science, clearly presented and leading to simple actionable advice. Brilliant!
half the time it's always………………………………..next.
that was cooked Kale.
Well you know what I’m having for dinner don’t you? Yep, you guessed it, KALE!
Another cliffhanger. Great video. I’m thankful for my small greens patches, my compost, and a green thumb. Wish I would have given up meat years ago. 25 years of greens gardening, 5 years WFPB.
Hah! I was already eating raw spinach.
If you eat healthy you won't get dementia and you won't end up playing checkers with your veggies.
Superb !!!
I was at the Dollar Tree and noticed the How not to Diet in paperback…
Why isn't Dr Greger a Nobel Peace Prize laureate?
