Probably would be better to make banana pudding for a baby. They need the eggs, milk, and cream. Bananas are pretty useless on their own except to induce diabetes.

My baby has always refused to eat shop bought baby food. On the other hand he was chomping down fillet steak from my local butcher at 7 months old 🙂

You're right, store-bought baby food tastes chemically. I can taste the vitamins when they're fortified. I'll try this recipe next time I get some good bananas, the quality has been bad lately. I'll probably add some lemon juice for some vitamin c and freshness.
