Oh my gosh, I'm almost nine weeks and I cannot get enough of fresh, cold fruit! I weight & strength train so I'm eating a little bit more protein per my trainer's advice but I would eat fruit all day if I could haha. So excited to be watching your videos again as I start this beautiful vegan pregnancy!

I think your body was already conditioned before pregnancy with the combination of vegan eating and exercising daily! Therefore when you had the baby it was like it never happened!

I just love how chill both Max and Olivia are haha. Just like you guys! I did home birth with my first baby and am pregnant with the second and I'm planning for another home birth. Absolutely agree with what matters the most in pregnancy and childbirth is where your mindset is. Childbirth is such a spiritual journey! When you truly embrace the fact that our body is designed to create and nurture these precious lives, everything feels right. I felt so connected with God. I loved hearing your beautiful birthing story (even thinking about "Aslan"!). Thank you for sharing Erin! <3

I believe that your story birth needs to be what’s typical in America versus what doctors tell us is typical to experience as pregnant women! Our bodies are amazing and given the proper care, are amazing at giving birth! I gave birth at a hospital which wasn’t the plan. I really wanted a home birth but was labeled too risky. It turned out great and I was still able to do a natural unmedicated birth, but the only difference if I have to go to the hospital again is that I’m not telling them when I feel the babies coming and I’ll make my husband catch it. Because when I said I get like the baby was coming they put me on the bed and I stalled 4 hours!! That position is so unnatural! I will try to fight it next time if I have to. It’s my birth, many women have given birth without being on a bed.

Something really cool you guys should look into that would seriously optimize your wellness is a BEMER machine. It’s a machine from Germany that help circulate blood flow better. It maximizes your performance during workouts, helps you expel toxins, and makes you feel amazing overall. I used it when I was pregnant and had iron issues. It was an amazing tool.

tbh theres not much you can do, because every pregnancy is different. but be proud of how you further choose to raise your child in a healthy manner.

Aw love this birth story! I’ve only had home births but it’s so refreshing to hear about happy hospital births where the mama has her wishes respected. Cool doctor too!
