Is it true that the teeth are always growing like our cuticles and hair? That the saliva is so important in this and that people should consider mouth breathing at night and how it can be detrimental for the oral health as it dries out the mouth? Also I think stress/fight flight response can be detrimental for health of teeth/bones/healing.

SIIM ❤you’re growing and maturing – however I really DO MISS “STAY POSITIVE! STAY EMPOWERED!!” and your video “cut away /inserts HUGELY FUNNY ! -‘I really miss those youve grown past that

On this topic my USC Periodontics Prof
a clinical study showed use of the WATERPIK WATERFLOSSER using 1 cap CLOROX bleach in reservoir clinical study USC major progress in reducing prevention of gum disease

When combined with SONICARE electric toothbrush – forced 4 minutes of hygiene

    This is the BEST protocol

And yeah gum disease now shown to impact risk of Alzheimer’s, other dementia , cardiovascular problems and over all CRP inflammatory index

WaterPIK and sonicare gold standard and not expensive to buy ❤

In NZ everyone under 19yrs received free dental…you can see how Dentists rort the $y$tem!!!
My Dentist at the time removed my Wisdom Teeth, saying I have no need for them and they'd probably irritate me in the future.
Years later I started reading about Weston Price…opened my eyes to Nutrition and Oral Care.

Awesome podcast. Gotta love another person doing it to help people and not just for money. Thanks for bringing him on, Siim. Also if you read this recommend a black metal band you’ve been into lately. Could always use some fuel for exercises. Thanks

I've heard Xylitol is the best for brushing your teeth with…? You can just put some on a toothbrush?

Is it better to leave your wisdom teeth in if you have no pain with them?

I'm curious how important it is to chew food up heavily to fully get the nutrients out of whatever you eat? For example chunks of nuts don't seem to get broken down in the digestive system. Seems by doing extra chewing would increase the amount of nutrients your body can take in. Would be curious what the science says on this?
