I was told it was shamful to still be breast feeding for 3 years when my daughter was young. So i stopped at her 3rd birthday. Its so refreshing to hear that it was healthy, natural and normal. I should mention i had my daughter at 20 a single mom young no family support. I was completly on my own.
I think when it comes to breast-feeding, especially breast is best, I think people are getting confused or misled by a lack of information or education on nutrition for mother and baby during her breastfeeding journey. If her diet is not well- balanced or in-taking enough nutrients, it takes away from the beautiful and healthy experience and benefits of breast-feeding for mother and baby. Her mental health will deteriorate, her physical body will deteriorate, baby might have colic from the low-quality food she’s eating, she isn’t able to replenish her body from being totally depleted and drained of all the best nutrients that are taken from her body into the breast milk, etc. I think breast milk is only best if the mother is eating the best foods for her own body and her baby’s body – THAT is the main determining factor.
I don't eat vegetables, & I'm a nutrition professor. Here's why my health is better without veggies!

vitamin d poisoning exists… so beware of d2 vs d3 too. It builds up in our systems, doesn’t flush out so quickly like b vitamins or c. IT was not a pleasant experience for me. D2 did not process into d3 as my doctor expected it to. Also gave me a ridiculously high Rx.I was very low (20)but… it was an irresponsible amount by my doctor and he did not request regular checks.

Great interview!
I was lucky enough to have breast fed for four months thanks to the stress I had to experience in my life at that time. It still amazes me how much stress affects a body and so much so it can dry up a milk supply. So I didn't have any pain like other women when they choose to stop breast feeding. My baby did get that first very important golden milk so that is the most positive of my experience with breast feeding.
I am soooo confused with the oil issue. I heard before to use lots of olive oil. Its supposed to be good. Are healthy oils bad? Besides being calorific .
Gosh I wish I had seen this earlier ! Fantastic info! I heard that the soils are so depleted on average ..(.even organic food)that we need extra supplements?
Great interview!!!

something that's often overlooked is folks with darker skin, regardless of sun exposure, should supplement with vitamin D
