Time and thousands and thousands of dollars.
Great show! Thank you!!!!
I’ve never had issues like I have this summer with my weight. I have been using fasting thinking that it would work for me like everyone else…it does not. Honestly I’ve had to overcome eating disorder afterwards. Now I’m seeing results after listening to the Glucose Goddess, Mind Pump and lifting weights for muscle gain and it has stabilized my hormones. I hope you find what works best for you. ❤️ stop what isn’t working and try something else. ❤️
Thank you so much for having these ladies on to discuss this topic.
Amazing episode with great info!!! Thank you Mind Pump for having such a wholistic approach to health.
Women's hormones are a scary thing.
One of my favorite episodes. I am not a woman, but I listen to it twice. The second time with my wife. She also agrees that this episode is packed with great information yet explained in simple language for the average person. Thank you, MP for always delivering.
Thank you!!!! This episode covered everything I've been dealing with in just one show! Mold, hormones, weight gain, histamines, body temp issues.
After listening to the guys somewhat bash Carnivore, I loved hearing these gals talk about the benefits of a high animal protein diet….
Getting vitamin D & Omega-3’s are the best thing I did!!!
I listen to this episode on a podcast and the bit on mold really has changed my life in 1 week, I started suffering about 7 weeks ago I was fatigue, brain fog , aches, stress, I was losing leg hair , my 1 leg was so inflamed , I was cramping up all the time , I went to sports massage and a doctor no answers from either. I told my wife and close friends I was depressed (I'm a really happy person) then I found black mold in our bedroom, removed mold within days I'm a different person now 1 week on I've never felt better in my life. Just writing this to thank the 2 doctors and mind pump❤(I'm a man so this advise not just for women)
It's like your talking about my whole medical history… birth control since 14 off and on and crazy hormones..
I had a full metabolic profile a few years ago. I knew something was amiss since I was suffering with fatigue and anxiety. Turns out I have hypothyroidism and there was a problem with my adrenal glands (no not adrenal fatigue!). I'm now taking Hydrocortisone, DHEA and EUTHAYRAL. Problems solved! Great to hear someone else finally talking about T3. My Doctor is clueless in the end I went to a specialist in Belgium who said that most practitioners do not test for T3/T4.
If someone could answer this question I would greatly appreciate it. I'm very aware of the things containing bpa/phthalates/etc and avoid them at all costs, but the one thing I've been doing for a while now, as I can't think of an alternative is that when I eat my grass feed ground beef, I put the half that I do not cook/eat in a small plastic bag and stick it in the fridge until I am ready to make that half the next day or two. Does anyone have a good alternative for storage of uncooked meat to be kept in the fridge? The purpose of the plastic bag is to be able to have it stored air tight obviously, and I hear what they say about storing foods in glass containers, but that shouldn't work for non-cooked meat, correct? I'm just not sure how to alter the storage of uncooked meat and would love any ideas, thanks!
They mentioned supporting the liver, what are the best ways to do this?
Research? Studies?
My husband sent me here. He said I could really benefit from the video. So far I love it.
Had to shut this off. Her voice is like that meme of Miley Cyrus
Please do a podcast about The Low Histamine aspect.
My son is experiencing the same bumps/rash Sal said his son had. He then went on to say how he was referred to a low histamine diet. I’ve been wanting to know exactly what that entails. Beyond grateful to have the full breakdown from the women herself. Plus all of the other endless information that I can apply to my family’s health. This episode is gold.
What a great episode! I need to listen again because there was so much helpful information.
Awesome and fascinating episode and very informative. Would've been interesting if they covered hormones and PED use and if there are differences to your body.
Awesome episode… my wife and i are already looking for functional medical practitioners. Ill let her know to start listening to these amazing ladies as well.
This is exactly what I needed. I’ve watched this twice to take notes. Thank you!
12:08 I’ve only just started watching you guys about a month ago. I’ve been telling my wife about you guys and how she should listen in because you cater to men’s and women’s health. Maybe I can convince her now with this show! Great stuff!
The wonders of the free market, right sal?.
Thank you for providing trustworthy health information for women!! This interview was amazing, keep them coming 🙂
What an incredible episode.
I need to look into a functional medicine Dr. I have GI issues, that I believe is from stress, because I didn't get the GI issues and my heart issues until I became a nurse. I went to GI Dr and of course they couldn't find anything.
Thank you so very much !
Great podcast team
Going to tell my mom and wife about them. I’m sure they’ll have two new followers
Back in 2013 I had all the symptoms of estrogen dominance. I randomly found some information on hormones online and everything clicked. I had no idea everything was connected. From the information I had I started an anti-inflammatory diet, cut out caffeine, and started liver supportive supplements as well as changed my workouts from yoga/running to lifting heavy and HIIT. After 2.5 years I realized I was healthy. I can drink coffee again and eat a balanced diet with a little grains and sugar. I don't have to take the same supplements. I finally had energy, and all my symptoms had reversed. I'm so glad you guys are on here and I hope many women find that bright light and invest in their health. I'm so grateful to have been able to change my life around and now functional medicine is allowing real health to be accessible to everyone. Thank you!
