Thank you for this channel! I’ve been having problems with my digestion (acid reflux, bloating, cramps, sporadic loose poop) for many years now and the doctor. I’ve experimented with my diet and it’s slowly getting worse, I’m finding I can’t eat most things now. The only thing that helps me is lansoprazole and the FODMAP diet. Moving forward I’m going to try the tips in this video as they sound great so thank you!
