One misconception the guy in Navy keeps coming to in different ways in this video concerns body fat distribution of women and the correlation with hormones (but relative to its purpose and significiance).

Omega 3s are stored in specific portions of the body. The research suggests that it is not stored in the arms, chest, or belly because of its effects on the cardivascular system at high levels. This fat is predominantly used during breastfeeding and is accumulated at the highest levels during puberty. While these fat reserves (which are also implicated in higher neurological functioning which is suspected of playing a role in female augmented memorization capabilities during ovulation particularly) can be replaced by the body, often without focusing on its restoration then it naturally decreases for each subsequent pregnancy (( the stores specifically used for child bearing which are an offshoot of the core functionality in both sexes but which should be noted to be lacking in men with extremely low BFP regardless of your dietary intake.

Within this short video: you have stated that female athletes store less fat in their extremeties. This is partially due to a secondary effect being that heightened athleticism tends to augment testosterone and thereby decreases the sexually dymorphic traits which allows for heightened omega 3 storage for use during natal care. This heightened testosterone, interestingly enough, can also effect young girls too: as they are more likely to develope smaller hip bones more akin to males which allows them to run faster and truly indicates an incredible ammount of flexibility in our genetic adaptations to our environments. It should be noted that those men who had "weird traits" as you described might infact be better adapted to their modern environment than a man with heightened levels of testosterone which leads to agressive and domineering traits which are maladapted to our modern world and relatively undesirable. The men with the pearshaped bodies meanwhile have elevated omega 3 storage indicating that they have better neurological sustinance and potentially better physiological pathways to support a more compassionate, socially intelliegent, and intellectually intelligent archetypal expression. Not to say that those are necessarily exclusive given the multitude of variables: but it is an indication of adaptation towards this end. Given this, I would argue that there is no natural male or female form: and if global genetic trends have anything to say about our evolution: both sexes are developing towards a neotinized expression of genes with "feminized" traits being more highly valued. Interestingly, however: this concept of feminized genes is based in a culural valorization of an extreme which does not reflect the reality of the gradient which is gender. The threshold for procreation is infact much broader than we like to imagine:: and realistically speaking the same traits that lead female athletes to have less leg fat (and therefore be less likely to produce highly intelligent offspring) is the same reletively undesireable traits for modern society as a man with bulging muscles and low social/ emotional intelligence.

Oh dear, I became quite off topic. Anyway: intelligence and feminization and average levels of adipose are linked. Super skinny, super buff: negative correlation.

If you have a pear shape can the shape be changed? I am talking about women. A girl of 15 year old but I have a wide hip.

i have really disproportionate love handles (lower back fat) and am quite strong and ripped everywhere above my belly button, it completley throws my back proportions off. I was considering lipo but would it be sensible to get hormone levels checked first? If it was an issue with hormones, how long would it take for your fat to redistribute in a normal way instead of only on the love handles? Its literally the only fat I have on my body. also im not sure it is fat it could be loose skin

This is so interesting because so many people say the reason their butt is so big is because of only heavy lower body workouts. But it looks like it’s a combination of fat storage as well that has helped a butt and legs gain it’s size.

I have high testosterone so I naturally only store fat in my stomach for the most part. I don’t really get any in my legs; I am 300 pounds and tall, yet I don’t have gyno. The best way to see if someone has high testosterone, see if their legs are muscular and somewhat toned whether they are lifting, running, or not.

I have, like, so much fat around my midsection, and comparatively almost none at all around my hips and legs. What does this mean hormone wise (besides that I'm a fat f**k)?

So hypothetically if a woman took more estrogen would her fat distribution change I’ve seen alot of pple online get bbls but if someone were to take hormones instead would their shape change naturally

I started back to bodybuilding training/ food prep after being away 3 years. I’ve gained 12 lbs in 4 weeks and up to 28% BF from 18%.
Please help me understand if this is normal increase based on perhaps having created a metabolic adaptation? Do I power through this gain and trust it will level out as I build muscle? I’ve gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks

I know that most people say you can't lose fat in specific spots, but wouldn't this allow you to? Like if you wanted to lose fat from your hips and chest, you'd focus on being in a calorie deficit while reducing estrogen & boosting test? Makes me start to think.

Man, now I'm interested what my hormone profile is like… I've held a disproportionate amount of fat in my belly my entire life. Not near as much fat in my hips or bust.
