Thank you so much !!!really Helped me…
Durian Rider said he eats a voluminous amount of fructose and wants to know why he doesn’t have a fatty liver as Peter suggested happens….
Isn't your 5 month old getting hungry for cereal food? Cream of rice? Maybe next month.
For nutrition, carnivore beats vegan hands down.
Why are americans fat with high fat diet, and indians aren't?
Well …. Victoria doesn’t really look like an example to be followed, sorry
No people aren't eating enough Omega 3 but are overdosed on omega 6 that is a fact. Disagree with both of these people…one advocates refined sugar the other says fats are all bad…eventhough there is lots of evidence that nuts in their natural form helps the heart and avocado is a great fruit for fat soluable vitamins
Really enjoying listening to this as I’m going about my day! It’s so easy to get caught up in the high protein hype and everything it promises.
Atrazine is not typically sprayed directly on oats destined for human consumption like Quaker Oats. Atrazine is a herbicide used to control broadleaf weeds and grasses primarily on corn and sugarcane fields.
The concern about herbicides on oat products stems more from glyphosate, another herbicide used pre-harvest on some oat crops. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) has conducted studies that found glyphosate residue in many oat products, including Quaker Oats. However, it is important to note that regulatory agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have set safety standards for glyphosate residue on food, and Quaker Oats maintains that their products meet those standards.
If you are concerned about herbicide residue on oat products, you can choose organic oats, which are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides.
According to a 2023 study published in the Journal of Exposure Science and Environmental Epidemiology, 92% of non-organic oat-based foods, including Quaker Oats, contain chlormequat, a pesticide that regulates plant growth. Chlormequat is used to shorten the height of plant stems, which makes it less likely for crops to bend over and easier to harvest. It is most commonly used on wheat, oats, and barley.
Those who value money over health: I hope they get $ or £1,000,000,000 and a week to live.
I don’t know how many times I’ve seen this but it’s one of my favorites.
Awesome interview. Well paced and covered a great deal about diet and nutrition.
What a fantastic interview! Thanks Ryan!
Only thing that doesn't make sense to me is how adding sugar stops iron deficiency?!?!? Very odd!

So do they both eat basically no salt? One eats like kempner and the other talks like mcdougall but not salt
The way to lose weight and be healthy is the carnivore diet. Meat heals.
