I have watched several of these vegan channels and they serve as good entertainment. I like to go straight to their latest video where they complain about all their ailments. This one guy had a whole bag of supplements he has to take now because he suffers from a slew of deficiencies. He could just eat some steak and eggs and throw all those supplements in a garbage.

Man Frankie now I get it. I heard a quote by Henry Kissinger.(Demon elite) He said "Control oil you control nations, control food and you control the people." It's all diet. That's the foundation of the total attack. I'm proud of you for continuing to share this Franky. From the looks of it they're throwing it all at you to try to silence your message and doing everything to discourage you. You're going to win this one though Franky. 10 years or less. Hope you have a good weekend bro.

The argument that dietetic associations say it's safe is misleading at best given that the NHS point out that numerous essential nutrients are either not naturally obtainable or not easily absorbed on a vegan diet.
Iron- not well absorbed from plant food.
Vitamin A- many people have a genetic structure that prevents the sole use of the plant form of Vitamin A.
Omega 3- research shows that the ALA form which is found in plant foods is not beneficial in the way DHA & EPA found in animal foods is and ALA is very hard to convert to the type needed in the body.
B12- Vitamin B12 is an ESSENTIAL vitamin, vital to neurology and hematology- here are the deficiency symptoms@t
The human body cannot create it.
It is only naturally available from animal sources. Vegans have to either take an artificial supplement or eat food that has that
    artificial supplement added to it.
Without natural vitamin B12 from your animal based diet or lab-made B12 supplementation you will eventually die.
Even the vegan society accept these facts:- "The only vegan sources of B12 are foods fortified with B12 and B12 supplements." "B12 is not supplied from a varied wholefood, plant-based diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, together with exposure to sun." "deficiency symptoms include loss of energy, tingling, numbness, reduced sensitivity to pain or pressure, blurred vision, abnormal gait, sore tongue, poor memory, confusion, hallucinations and personality changes… If not promptly corrected this can progress to coma or death."
The vegan society have even developed a range of sugar filled vitamin and mineral supplements as "a convenient way of avoiding the most common weak points in a varied vegan diet"! What does this say when even the most ardent proponents of the so called healthiest way of eating rely upon popping pills to prevent dietary deficiency and eventual death from malnutrition?

Its fairly safe to say – based on your subjective perspective, the scientific community would disagree.

What are your refrences that say that beta-carotene is an inadequate source?
You paint a picture that seems coherent but isn't consistent with human nutritional history or mainstream (which is based on an overwhelming consensus of evidence) nutritional science… Giving me a heart message only confirms to me you are an entertainer and not a serious thinker, man up!

So a diet has to be completely natural to be called a diet? I guess the times you went to the grocery, supermarket, bakery, and restaurant are over then? As well as pizza, ice cream, and soda? Because non of that occurs in nature. Or is there a pizza tree I haven't heard of yet?

Funny video, you are so hilarious, really enjoyed it.
But please add a disclaimer that you are not serious and that people should not take your advice. Otherwise there are people who take this serious and damage there health because of it.

even though im vegan…there is some sense to what you say…especially
if you have blood sugar problems…definitely since im in that
situation leaning towards a more keto diet and cutting down on
carbs…such as rice etc…is the way to go…you just need to meaure
your blood sugar and find out for yourself…so im doing keto vegan at
this point…one thing for sure…there is no such thing as essential
carbs…but theer are essential fats and proteins…diabetes is a
liefstyle disease…and overconsumtion of carbs is the cause…so paleo
keto may be the way to go..

You are an actual clown. I can't believe you're standing in front of a BS white board and confidently speaking on nutritional information you genuinely know nothing about. You never rely on data, you just word vomit. People watch you because they want to feel validated & negate their closeted shame for contributing to animal cruelty.

Literally anyone who has had any nutritional science education could tell you how full of shit you are. You have nonstop errors and inaccuracies throughout this whole pile blathering nonsense. Read a damn book. Read some studies. Ffs, just try reading for once.

If you live in the developed world the leading causes of death are not dietary deficiencies but primarily associated with dietary excess, including excess saturated fat, cholesterol, medical care, drugs and alcohol etc. meat eaters tend to drink more than plant based eaters and have higher rates of cvd, skin, breast, colon and prostrate cancer…

Thankfully we all have access to professional health organizations that haven't misinformed the public as you have on matters of beta carotene and vitamin K.. Fear mongering is not a good sales strategy. We all have subjective view points, we all have particular personalities, interests and preferences that influence how we interpret data and come to conclusions…

  • @lucam2942 says:

Having low levels of a particular vitamin or mineral for a period of time doesn't necessary increase your risk of dying prematurely, why don't you use your skills and get a proper sales rep. job?

13:30 _ "if a vegan knew about these vitamins, they wouldn't be following a vegan diet."_

If only it was that simple, which gets into why veganism in addition to not being that healthy, is so goddamn toxic. Sure, many people go vegan due to health reasons, but veganism is ultimately not about diet/nutrition, but about ethics/ideologies, which is why many vegans would stay vegan even if it literally killed them, because the alternative would be to turn against their beliefs.
