Vety nice recipe. However, instead of a non stick heating pan, one should use Heating pan made of Iron. It is also important to use fresh jowar flour. If you are using ready made one, it should not be more than one month old.
Hi… Can you please explain why is wheat flour added? Also, kindly advice any tips on storing leftover jowar dough in fridge as it remains hard to kneed again and roll even after reaching keeping out of fridge for a long time?
