Well they should have had a control group of non-sponsored fruits.
That way you can test whether it's the sponsoring that is the key active ingredient!
Eat kiwi FRUIT… not to be confused New Zealander human beings or the flightless bird.
But why?
Personally, I can attest to this. Have been sleeping better than ever by eating a couple kiwis before bed.
3:00 they got money from a Kiwi seller to research kiwi!? how could you get more biased than that?
I don't recommend eating that close to bedtime. Time restricted feeding has been shown to be very beneficial.
I LOVE Kiwis….but I don't eat just 2,… IÂ eat at least 12 in one sitting most of the time even more
It could well be a placebo effect, it is sad they didn't have a 2nd group they fed with another kind of fruit rich in antioxidants.
According to Chinese medicine you should be sleeping from 9 pm (if you can't sleep at that time at least 11 pm) to 5 am.
I wouldn't personally expect setting an alarm to artificially obstruct natural sleep, to be more healthy than sleeping as long as your body needs.

Presumably Dr. Greger is more able than almost anyone to determine the validity of a study. He seems to me to really want to heal people. ….but i dunno, maybe he's a big investor in kiwi futures.
Magnesium works for me. Almost better than Melatonin. But I don't need a reason to eat Kiwi. It is natures' candy and I love it. Thanks again Doctor!

Natrol Melatonin liquid works wonders for me.
Should you be eating before bed? I found that if I eat late I don't sleep well. On occasions I use Valerian root brewed in my tea works well to aid sleep.

It seems that when the results suit our needs and confirm our believes, conflicts of interest get renamed to "I´m glad they funded the study, those good ol' sellers of those great natural greens, vegies and fruit" – wha'ya know!
How much sleep do we need ? As much as our bodies require.
How can they control this study!
