should we avoid coconut oil????
Sound cuts out completely during the last minute
You seriously need to learn to speak more clear and slower. Go to 1:35 and it's impossible to hear the answer to what's the optimal protein intake
Appreciate very much all that we have learned from your channel. keep up the good work!!!
You are the best Dr.G. but please articulate your speech. We can barely understand you. đŸ™‚
I love when people say "I've been eating healthy"…ummmm, ok. What exactly are you eating? Because if healthy food is making you feel tired, sluggish, etc., I am going to guess something else is at play. Also, when I actually look at their diet, it contains stuff like lots of coconut oil, too much fruit, not enough whole grains, etc.
NOOOOOO!!! So NOOCH is bad for people with autoimmune diseases? ALL autoimmune disease? I have TWO skin AI diseases, but they're super duper under control and nowhere near as bad as they used to be. OMG…please tell me I don't have to give up my beloved nutritional yeast.
When's the intermittent fasting live stream?
Can you direct me to a longer discussion about the negative effects of nutritional yeast? Thank you for all this info.

bowel movement question @ 4:35 earned a huge huge thumbs down. Dr. Greger you know better.
No I don't see how it would help with my issue of lazy colon, it would still be to dehydrating

Dr : your comment on cyanide : What if someone who heard this went out and ate some bitter almonds? Also; how can I measure out 250 grams? What is the nearest measurement in spoonfuls or something?
Missed it again! It was my birthday, though, so couldn't help it. I have such a question that is troubling me too, dangit. đŸ˜€
I do a 16:8 fast. It's not very hard, but I hope it's good enough to help me lose weight.
The degenerative joint disease information Dr Gregor shared was very informative. First time to hear that. I am planning to listen to it again!
What do you think of the Ketogenic Diet
Keen to hear your views on this study concluding no significant difference in lifespan for vegetarians/semi veg/vegan/meat eaters 5+ per week based on 60,000 uk subjects? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4691673/
What Are You Sniffing Doctor?
I think some bags of frozen vegetables have instructions that say they should be cooked to a certain temperature, perhaps due to concerns over bacterial contamination. However I use frozen raw fruit all the time in smoothies without any problem and I don't know why vegetables would be any different.
Diatomatious earth good or bad?
Thank you for mentioning the app! It's amazing!
