i eat impossible burger..its higher in fat ..what is leaner?
I used to use polish app on phone, but was not as accurate as cronometer.
Now i know precisely what i eat, already lost 0.8 kg in a week using cronometer and i make sure i get all aminoacid at 100% with good amount of proteins and suplement minerals and vitamins, since i am on cut and its not easy to get all vitamins and minerals on caloric deficit.
Never felt as good as now.

Hi, i've recently found your channel last week. I am trying to use Cronometer, but it seems so complicated to have to adjust and add every single food i eat into the foods on here. And then there is the complication of trying to find additionsl nutrients values which the sainsburys website doesn't have for all their foods, and all their food nutrient stats come in only 100grams and not as the whole weight. Then there is trying to find the dry and cooked version of the food to find the right nutrition values to add into 'my foods' on here. I had been using 'Lose It' food nutrition site, but they don't do the added nutritients unfortunately. I am a long time vegan, i wish i could work Cronometer and add all my foods easily without it being such a headache to try and do it.
I don’t think I can give up eating grass fed beef but you have definitely opened my eyes and I’ve officially came off carnivore diet and have incorporated fruit and vegetables in my diet and felt so much better today so thank you sir
