I did baby led weaning with my first child, and my second child is Max's age (we just haven't gotten her started on solids yet), so I would love to see what he eats and all that. 🙂

Max is simply the most adorable little man in the world! Love your family and your positive vibes! Because I grew up in Lincoln, I would love to see a video of you guys "out and about"! Maybe an afternoon at Pioneer's Park, a visit to the Children's Museum, or a stroll around downtown. It would be fun to revisit my hometown through your eyes 😀
Oh, and here in Europe co-sleeping is actually recommended because it PREVENTS babys from SIDS! 😀 They hear and feel their parents during sleep, and that alone „remembers“ them to inhale, and the mamas also are more aware of (choking..) noises from their babys.
No need to say the parents must be sober and non-smokers to make co-sleeping safer than cribs.
So unrelated question, but I’ve asked a similar one before I’m Sicilian and trying to be good and ween myself off of coffee. I’ve had caffeine since the womb though literally my mom was obsessed with tea I only drink water and coffee and occasionally tea and green juice hehe. But no sodas or energy drinks or any of that. I’m wondering how you guys or other Eat Move rest fans have stopped the coffee obsession? Also is green tea better than coffee?
