700 ml is only 23 oz a day which is an under supply so not sure why an undersupplier is giving advice on increasing a milk supply.

How do we reduce swelling caused my using
Smaller flange size ? The pain and swelling prevents me from pumping often. My breasts are sore from the constant compression to produce more.

I am producing good since I opted herbs to increase my supply. I have been suffering with a bit low supply as the baby seemed to be fussy and he would struggle sucking. this tea got me results. you can learn about the tea on secretsoftea.com

The magnesium in calm is different from the magnesium we need for hydration.

I have been doing a lot of research on keto and breastfeeding. What I have found is that increasing your healthy fat intake (even more than normal keto) will help your milk supply dramatically. And it will also make the milk thicker with more fat helping the baby stay full longer.
