Thank you for sharing your experience, wisdom and tips, Ali! Do you have any book recommendations where you learned what organs and foods tie to what emotion? I thought that was super interesting and would love to learn more. Also do you have any tips for balancing hormones? I've been vegan for over a year now, just weaned my son from breastfeeding 5 months ago (he breastfed for 2 years and 10 months) and have gained 10 lbs that I can't seem to shake. I've been making sure to take my rest at night more seriously and have started doing your work outs 3x a week. And last question did you take any supplements while pregnant? What nutrients or foods did you make sure to consume every day while pregnant? Love and light to your family from ours.
