My name is Nidhi Saran. I am 27 years old, with a body weight of 51 kg and a height of 5'5". In 2018, I was diagnosed with Relapsing MS, but it is almost under control now. I am currently on Relibeta injections every six months, and I practice yoga daily, both in the morning and evening. Overall, I feel fit and confident.
However, I sometimes experience muscle pain in my legs and arms after extra walking or physical activity. This pain usually goes away the next day. Could you please advise on what I should do about this?
I also have a question regarding dandruff. I am using Patanjali's advanced hair oil and shampoo but would like additional suggestions.
