All you have to do is look at the human migration patterns out of Africa to see that early humans hugged the shorelines at every opportunity. Hilarious that people base assume that early humans must have been eating Brontosaurus Steaks because they grew up watching Flintstones cartoons.

I would recommend listening to Miki Ben-Dor instead. He has got a much better understanding of paleo nutrition and proves that our human ancestors were mainly hunters of elephants.
too bad seafood is strongly polluted
Was it 22% or 23% success per hunt that our ancestors initiated?

"There's widespread misunderstanding about how evolution works, particularly how fast it happens," Zuk says. So, real paleo requires eating plenty of fish, shell-fish and other seafood.

In trying to eat right I've had trouble keeping the constant portions of vegetables fresh without sacrificing room in my fridge. I decided to design a product on Quirky in hopes they will make it so I can eliminate the messy plastic/foil/tupperware system that seems to be the only current options. I don't mean to spam- just an avid veggie eater with a problem to solve! Check out my idea on Quirky.com and if you like the design please vote for it and share! quirky.com/ideations/311272
Had a hard time understanding this. Can anyone summarize?
