Great analysis, thank you! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
Love the orange
Hey Pat, nice talks, looking forward for the next one with dan again, you complement each other in this format well. Also thanks to the folks always texting interesting questions, so do not need to ask myself đŸ™‚
Just starting my journey with a 50lb kettlebell. Just found your page recently and have enjoyed the content
Hi Pat, I have ordered the new book…any specific advice or programme for a cyclist? In spring – summer I race x2 a week and ride 4/5 times a week year round. Have been more consistent will bells last year but no real goal or set programme. I would like to develop posterior chain, shoulders and core to balance impact desk job and seated hobby in cycling. Thanks and looking forward to the book
The sprint/pull up Flynnister program sounds interesting. Would you worry about shoulder imbalances with all of the pulling but lacking pressing/pushing exercises? Is the common refrain to balance the movements outdated or off base?
From one Ken to another, i’ve found that simply having a goal of measured progression has really upped my fitness.
I also didn’t have any explicit goals, but once I started keeping track of my workouts and performance, I naturally wanted to set some targets to hit, and I’ve increased strength and endurance as a result.
You told us to comment afterwards, so here is my comment:
