I just found this video. I appreciate your honesty. Plus, I can very much relate to the body image aspect. I would also say the self esteem gets me. I am 44 and a single mom. But my kids are 26, 22, 15. I have had on and off health issues. The one that really got me was when I developed Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Over time I have tried different diets and other thing but my weight has gone up and up. I have taken supplements that helped me lose a few pounds here and there. I tried exercise but have not stuck with anything long term because I just felt frustrated. I look at myself now and don’t like how far I have myself get. I have toyed with being plant based. I have given myself a 30 day challenge and to also add exercise again. Sorry it’s long winded. Thanks for listening keep up the good work.

This is exactly what I needed today.
I have recently started a plant based journey. I'm a type 2 diabetic on insulin. I'm doing it for my health and we also want to try for a baby. I have always struggled with my weight and I totally relate with the thinking of numbers I am now buying clothes to fit me not trying to fit into numbers. Everyday is a journey and I am so glad I have your posts to watch its motivation and keeps me going

Omg, I totally understand. I had varicose veins and spider veins with all my pregnancies.

Thank you for sharing this with us. I feel you. We want to control everything so much, especially our bodies as women… whereas we should just surrender. And this video, to me, is you surrendering to what is. And you lifted my heart!

Erin, I can SO MUCH relate to u with how u are feeling about the Varicose Veins _ I had an AWFUL looking vein pop up over my right knee cap, & it really upset me because I used to love wearing cute short outfits in the summer :'( Now I look at all the cute short outfits I had, & I feel so upset ! I later went to a vein specialist & they did an ultra sound test, to see how the blood was circulating in my legs _ but later when the test results came back in _ the Dr. said he was totally dumb-founded _ & went on to say my test results came out GREAT & said I did not have varicose veins __ but he had NO IDEA what was causing this big vein to bulge up over my right knee cap & now I'm starting to see a vein over my left knee cap. I found a book written by Anthony William, called Medical Medium " Liver Rescue " _ & in this book he explains how too much FAT in the diet will cause the blood to get too thick & can lead to Varicose veins. There are several Vegan fat free recipes in this book & I tried eating this way, but the CRAVINGS for fried foods & rich vegan sauces was driving me back into wanting these foods again. Erin do u have any idea what is causing this & would u do more video's on Varicose veins ? Erin u are still BEAUTIFUL & have always loved all of your videos !!!

Congrats on your pregnancy! What do you think of Earthing? Can you talk about it? Have you tried it? Have you also take a covid vaccine during your pregnancy?

I LOVE your videos! I’d love if you guys made a meal plan ebook for purchase for vegan toddlers! We are pretty new to plant based living, and I’d love more info on how to make sure my toddler is getting enough nutrients and some fun meal plans/recipes!

As a ballet dancer I had similar body image struggles. Anorexia and bulimia ruled my life for a while. I'm thankful that God healed my mind before I had my third child because my goodness, I had extra water with him and my stomach stretched so much he gave me diastasis recti! I think you look beautiful pregnant (as well as not pregnant) and even though you are self conscious of your varicose veins I don't think anyone else even sees them. How can they, when your lovely bright smile is the focus point of your person? I always like to enjoy the third trimester , it's the last days that you will have your precious baby on the inside, all to yourself, right by your heart and the last days that you will feel this wonderful movements from the inside. It's truly heavenly, and as I can't get pregnant for some reason .. I really miss that! Enjoy it for me ! God bless!
