Hi. The Amhara people of Ethiopia, have fought alongside US soldiers in Korea.  Memorials honoring their acts of sacrifice stands to this day, in washington DC & in South Korea. The Amhara people are historically hardworking scholarly and courageous. US & South korea including all of us with shared virtues speak up against  a repressive dictatorship waging war to exterminate the Amhara. The mainstream media is uninterested, but you can follow news on social media. Use all opportunities left and right to voice support for the plight of Amharan people.

Please don't hesitate to write your support which could be as simple as ' Hands off Amhara people', 'Love and respect for the Amhara resistance' 'All rise for the rights of Amhara '. Its ok if you copy paste or make something of your own to show your support for Amhara cause which is nothing else  but human right. Thank you so much. Love you.

Every doctor in every video tells you different things to eat.

I eat according to how my body react to it cook them thoroughly and never eat it raw. Raw Salad…No no no, juice the salad …no no no…and you have a full set of teeth, use them to chew your food.

Okra is a nightshade i disagree with it being one of the healthiest. the insects love it but it contains solanine same with all nigjtshade that block the bdnf that is also produced when fasting(blue zones) its also very high in oxlates if your diabetic your calcium will most likely be high as well. Okra fine. But the rest of the food never. Basically dislike all food. Not sweet not meat and certainly nothing bitter. I dump hot sauce on everything and LOTS of ground pepper. Yet at 78 still don not like eating. Punishment.

Doctor, when you talk about mushrooms, you have to mention the dangers of a agaritine compounds. If not well cooked, portobello mushrooms can unfortunately be carcinogenic

Yes, the more green, the more lean you become. I ate only spinach, and kale in the past. I stopped eating spinach because my teeth turned yellow and my dentist had to clean my teeth every month. Now I eat Kale massage the Olive oil into it, let it stand, then eat it. I have less yellow teeth now.
