I previously mentioned moringa in Best Foods for Lead Poisoning: Chlorella, Cilantro, Tomatoes, Moringa?, one of the videos in my series on lead. (https://nutritionfacts.org/video/best-foods-for-lead-poisoning-chlorella-cilantro-tomatoes-moringa/)
How many grams is a table spoon ? If – 100 gr is 12 times Vitamine C of an Orange but 1 tablespoon would be 1/100 of an orange – so if I would have to make the math – a tablespoon should be 10 to 15 grams and not 0,08 grams !!! So you’re a specialist in science but can not do 5th grade math …
very very informative !
Moringa is a brassica relative, makes sense it has some of the same properties

Thanks for your research Doc. IMHO, any vegetable is great because you get variety.

I love this channel!
This is so misleading.
Dried powder, make that “exotic dried powder”, is the absolute worst way to consume Moringa! The fruit is quite tasty when picked small, good in soups, stews, and curries.
If you want to eat the leaves, which is the highest concentration of nutrients on the plant, just snip them off the stem into almost any dish. I like them in rice dishes, cooked vegetables, and scrambled eggs.
Once the fruit is bigger, dried seeds can be ground into a nutritious powder and added, you guessed it, to many dishes. And there’s nothing exotic about it. You don’t need a degree in agriculture to grow Moringa. I ordered a few seeds and now I can’t keep the plants cut back. It grows in ANY soil, survives a drought or a flood.
But adding dried powder to, or all things, a ~smoothie~??? Ugh. No wonder no one liked it.
What if someone eats or drinks with water 100 gram of moringa?
Moringa has reduced the inflammation in my knee by about 80%. I have bone spurs in my knee.
You sound like a skeptic or hired to minimize the truth about the efficacy and the non-toxic side effects and true nutritional benefits of moringa.
Maybe moringa is for soil compost…
Thanks
Yes I take moringa powder in water but only a quarter teaspoon as it not very pleasant and if you take more you get a bad belly and are never off the toilet.
