I am strictly in a keto diet since 03/15/2023; today is 05/29/2023; i have not seen much lost weight difference as today; however, i have noticed my belly is downsizing; my chin is not bulky as was before i started the keto diet; and also, as soon as i go to bed, i fall asleep as a baby 😀 ALSO, i have added intermittent fasting, i have been eating once a day for the last week (salmon w asparagus, celery cooked in the Oven Air Fryer); then i continue fasting until the next day at 3:30 or 4pm. I have a gallon of NON sugary homemade lemonade, a gallon of cinnamon/anise/cloves homemade tea in the fridge; hot chamomile tea, hot broth with lemon, water, coffee. I also have hard boiled eggs in the fridge handy in case i get hunger prangs. I am decently handling it very well, because i am taking it as personal project, as fun. Overall i am feeling great.
For years I felt guilty about the 'weird' way I ate and kept thinking "I need to eat six small meals a day" but I never could do that. Eating a small 'brunch' of odd foods like sauerkraut and yogurt or some other non-carb/ non-breakfast type foods to break my fast and a big early dinner felt normal and even weirder (I thought) being a little hungry for a good part of the day felt right somehow. Not that trusting how you eat is always right but I feel so good that I was right about what was right for me! I am 59 so my fasting schedule doesn't change much.
Can progesterone be used for 72 years old to help sleep???

Surpringly interesting. I thought, oh another sales person, and she is only a nurse. (Nurses are important and qualified but not scientists or doctors). Then I found out that she only sells her book – that's fine – and that she makes sense and that she differentiates a lot.

Pre-digested foods are quite Healthy, aka Fermented foods. Perhaps it's better to eat white rice compared to rice syrup? Though in other cases I hear many stories of people doing far better on sourdough bread(pre-digested) rather than say spaghetti, sso it seems like it depends
Apparently there is a new coating being put on organic produce called "apeel", to make produce last longer. supposedly it's back by Bill Gates and they say the "apeel" is harmless. Can you answer if it is safe or not?
The 6 small meals a day comes from Weight Watchers, they taught this concept to millions of overweight women for years. They didn't know any better.
