Out of curiosity I am currently testing how close I can get to recommended nutritional values in a day.
Especially reducing fats from 30-40% of cal/day down to maybe 25%. Specific attention to lowering saturated fats.
There are better sources of protein than cookies. 30g carbs is alot for only 15g protein. Sound like normal cookies with added protein. Try Grenade bars instead.
Time stamp why not there showing please
Why can’t you put time stamps. So much easier to follow RP, Athlean X, Sam, etc. Your videos are too difficult to follow.
How about obvious place for fat loss assumption for women??
Bring back timestamps!
Gotta love all the taxes the fda steals from yet allows poison in a ton of our foods. Fucked up.
Every other comment is about timestamps.
That's too few.
EVERY comment should be about demanding back our timestamps.
The first caller who actually answers “Yes” to Adam asking if they follow his docu series should get lifetime access to all their programs LMAO.
Adam reminds me of the average American if that included taking gear and having a skinny kid complex.
I love your show guys, thank you so much for educating us!
I'm 68, female, 5', 115 Lbs. fairly fit due to my regular Yoga practice for over 20 years. I am now including resistance training with bands and free weights.
My bone density is fine but I have a hip replacement due to a car accident many years ago. My mobility is fine but I would love to include dead lifts but I am kind of precocious of my hip. Any routine you guys can suggest to do deadlifting safely? On the other hand, I am following your advice on how to recompose the body, losing 5 Lbs. of fat and increasing 5 Lbs. of muscle, though reaching 110 gms of protein daily is difficult for me, working on it.
Sure you only need to strength train sparingly, but your not going to look that great. I agree with Arnold, the body looks best over trained. That's just reality but when your over trained your typically weaker due to lack of recovery.
Wow! I got some really helpful information while answering Angie’s question starting at 1:27:27. Can’t wait to put some of this into practice
Regarding the rock climbing question: i recently took a few months off climbing. During that time i ran Maps Performance while finishing a cut. I am now midway through a bulk while doing Maps Anabolic, and just had my first climbing session today. The mobility and flow was the best I've experienced on the wall in a long time. I do feel more muscle and strength in my back, which helps. As a shorter woman, I do want a stronger lower body to be able to push/jump up the wall for holds that taller people can easily reach. I am 8 lbs heavier than when i was climbing my best last year, but leaner and stronger and so finding it easier to fly up the wall.
Ddt is a pesticide that bioaccumulates very well as it moves its way up the trophic pyramid. It almost wiped out the eagles because their eggs were soft. I also remember in Los Angeles county when the Mediterranean fruit fly waze becoming a problem they would fly over the entire county at night and spray malathione mixed with cornstarch on everybody and everything that was outside. And I'm… I'm… I'm.. I'm sure I'm okay…. I'm… I'm…
That was Dr. D David Schultz that slapped the interviewer
Ey my big dogs at mindpump don’t need time stamps or to answer to nobody everybody fall back
I know red dye can cause issues. My son is a teenager now, but when he was younger, red dye litterally turned him into a complete A-hole. As we learned this, we would have a sit-down discussion when at a birthday party and say… if you eat this cake and turn into a jerk, we are leaving! 🙂
I’m so erect
Love the "casual" plug for Legion protein bar lmao
are u guys natural?
English is not my first language, I listen to the whole thing but I need the structure of the time stamps to let me know what’s coming. I’m v close to unsubscribing sorry guys. And I bought three of your programs too btw
Thank you this so helpful
Doug is almost 60? I would have never guessed that.
Guys, your viewers are asking for timestamps for a reason.
Midget Mike would pull out his hair watching this if he actually had any hair. oh no you dont need 30 sets a week))
Time stamps lessen watch time. How about just support, maybe
#MikeMentzer
Do you guys sign gear? For example, if I bought a shirt, and demand you guys to sign it or else…. would you?
Yall should have Chris Beardsley and Paul Carter on to discuss this topic.
The timestamps help lay out the episode so you can see what the topics are and are helpful to skip around based on interests.
To prevent natural loss: work out once every two weeks. To improve strength and build muscle: work out 1 day a week. This is wild!
Good, better, best!
Boom
Timestamps ?
still no timestamps
