Dr Gundry..I have a question. Do the same protocols apply with diets and supplements between the positive and negative blood lines. I have heard of blood type diets and blah blah blah, but never tried them. Particularly 0-negative blood. Also I was on a 23 hour fast every day for 3 months with an hour window of eating.
I lost 30 pounds pretty fast but went way soft and some creepy skin even with walking everyday and working out in the gym. I have since gained 10 pounds back and my skins Bounced back some once again. I'm in my 60's and Would love to knock off the extra pounds. But how do I do that without going crapey and soft? I realize i'm older and part of its age. I also have Auto immune issues…. But never felt so good with intermittent fasting .

My mother had to stop vitamin D supplementation due to bone softening. Technically not a toxicity, but still a problem.

It's never been proven scientifically how much Vitamin D we really need. Any number stated is is just conjecture.

Exactlly, I need 8500IU daily to stay in the ideal range. Tried 9000 and 8000, nope, the former raises it and the latter lowers it.

My metabolism is literally faster than when I was a kid. Thank you God. So yes, it's possibly not genetic, and likely linked to how and what we eat.

Dr. Gundry, Do you have any information about eating A2A2 beef verses A1A2 beef meat? Seems like that may be a missing link about how our body respond to the natural sugar molecule in beef as being unrecognizable by our body that you often mention.
