Your Red Lentil stew, reminds me of an Indian dish called Pav-Bhaji. Pav means Bread and Bhaji equals vegetables. The stew tastes and looks exactly like the Bhaji. A healtier way to indulge in Indian dishes. Thank you.

HI Erin & Dusty, one of your members here… We♥️ your waffles, too, and my kids ❤ the batter more. Dusty, in one of your previous what you eat in a day video, you used 2 cups buckwheat and two cups of oats, adding on the nutrition and the taste is still so good. Please add this one to your meal planner. The waffles are the best as leftovers for the on the go snack.

we always make these waffles on Sunday- one major change is that for the liquid we add some leftover fruit smoothie – (I freeze leftover smoothies all week) so we end up with different colored waffles
