    Your Red Lentil stew, reminds me of an Indian dish called Pav-Bhaji. Pav means Bread and Bhaji equals vegetables. The stew tastes and looks exactly like the Bhaji. A healtier way to indulge in Indian dishes. Thank you.

    HI Erin & Dusty, one of your members here… We♥️ your waffles, too, and my kids ❤ the batter more. Dusty, in one of your previous what you eat in a day video, you used 2 cups buckwheat and two cups of oats, adding on the nutrition and the taste is still so good. Please add this one to your meal planner. The waffles are the best as leftovers for the on the go snack.

    we always make these waffles on Sunday- one major change is that for the liquid we add some leftover fruit smoothie – (I freeze leftover smoothies all week) so we end up with different colored waffles

    Great recipe ideas, like the added seeds and soy for protein. I realize you are all about eat, move, rest, but curious how much you roughly spend per month on food and your supplements/powders etc. Thanks for sharing.

    Your waffle recipe is my go to. The batter is so good! Can’t believe you are making the Morrocan stew as I cooked that recipe in my crockpot overnight last night. Just now putting it in containers as I watch this. What a coincidence!
