oh man, we doing "what I ate in a day: high school" down here? cause I got you. breakfast? what the hell is breakfast, it's 5:30AM and I'll puke it right back up if I try it. 10 AM: snapple elements and cheese bread. 2PM: why wait til I get home for a snack? the JROTC guys have pepperoni pizza combos and mountain dew right here! 6PM: sometimes a regular meal. sometimes, spaghettios and enough cholula to drown a man. I'm getting heartburn just thinking about it all.

Obesec lazy, with an attitude, such a great mom. She is raising a baby to be just like her.

I give my Grandkids donuts for breakfast, like once a week or every other week

In all fairness your body doesn't know the difference between a donut and a pancake with maple syrup.

My mom used to give me chocolate milk before i was a year old.

Needless to say I'm still dealing with health issues. But i have lost over 100lbs.

Thank you for talking about this. I'm 66 years old and I completely turned my life and health around by changing my diet to real food. I'm still struggling with weight loss and still struggle falling off the wagon with sweets, but I'm thankful where I'm currently at. Food makes a huge impact on health!

I usually don't judge, but my aunt gives her babies gatorade and their teeth are horrible. It just isn't healthy

I saw her videos on tiktok and the food is so unhealthy that its gross im half Caribbean and i know spicy food is good for you..i do eat oatmeal and brown rice those are healthy carbs and i drink water coffee, black beans green beans grilled chicken strawberries etc. So far spicy food helps me the most and coffee and bean soup.

I'm not against giving a child a snack with breakfast, but that's too much, and where are the crackers, cheese or egg? No fruit or veggies? Like even reheated frozen veggies would have been better.

Edit: I will say that often times kids will eat like 4-5 foods, like celebs have problems with kids not eating fruits, and vegetables. But all that sugar is unnecessary. It's like she's letting her daughter have the stuff her parents "didn't" let her have.

My dad overfed me and I grew up severely obese and still struggle with insulin issues due to it. I refuse for my daughter to go through the same. There’s healthy options that tastes good, like let’s be for real. This is just pure laziness..

The FDA has done an awful job at holding food brands accountable for their deceptive advertising. So major food brands are able to exploit parents like the woman in the video, it's pretty insane tbh.

Thank you for prioritizing your own long-term health through diet, against the insane apathetic values of the current generation. My kids will never see fast food in their house, but they will also understand why and how health in all regards is a prerequiste to achieving everything you want in life.
