When I lived in NYC in 2003 and 2004 I was depressed due to SAD lack of sunlight in the winter. Do you go to tanning beds in winter? I found out that helped my mood up there

Wow. If my grandparents (raised in the Midwest) were alive to see this video they'd 100% agree with you, Frank. And I love those 5 foods to this day!

Very helpful vid, thanks Frank. What about a DHA supplement for kids? I've been making them guava/strawberry/banana smoothies with fish oil (Nordic Naturals) as a way to give them their Vit C and DHA.

We are poor so we eat liver since kids, is one of my favorite foods, I prefer over other expensive cuts of meat, my siblings dislike the taste, but still eat it. So I have to say, introduce your kids with the best foods ASAP

My children can’t tolerate cow milk this is why I breastfed three years, I supplement now with beef spleen, fish eggs etc, they can’t also get beef liver they get really angry and aggressive not the normal way and begin to pee really dark I thinks this is something about them not metabolizing the high protein well, it stresses the kidneys.Any advise what to do?

Funny you said dairy for development. I am taller than most of my cousins (Italians on my father side and Irish/English on my mother). Yes I had the eggs, cheese, meat and chocolate. The only differences I had with my cousins on the Italian side diet was a lot more milk (while more cheese compare to the Irish/English side) while growing up.

We enjoyed your cod liver oil and salmon eggs. Keep up the good work.

Chocolate, because of the theobromine and caffeine, is not suitable for children. It is toxic to dogs, elderly, babies, and those with liver enzyme deficiency. Alkiloids (opiates) like theobromine and caffeine fatigue the adrenals….

You should do a video on how harmful baby formula is! They say don’t give you baby milk before age one yet many formulas contain processed milk, soy, corn syrup and other various vegetables oils. We ran out of breastmilk for 4 days with my little guy and even the best most organic formula had him crying non stop all day…yet both cows and goats milk didn’t bother him at all. Thankfully he’s back to breastmilk but I’ll never forget how awful those 4 days were and I have no idea how anyone can stand giving their baby formula 🙁

    I ate everything growing up
Good and bad but I ate everything
I was just those kids who loved food and was never picky to anything specific

    We
We’re poor so def low quality version but I drank milk all the time. With cookies cake cereal but also just by itself to drink all the time I preferred it over any other drink and even as a grown adult today I drink it cuz I enjoy it. I’ve never had lactose issues from it ever.

Also ate a lot of cheese as I loved it and still do. Meat with most meals. Shashuka style eggs

My dad is 5’9 my mom 5’3

I’m 6’6 and the second tallest sibling out of 6 kids is barely 6 foot and none of them drank as much milk as me

It’s funny cause milk has become so demonized the last decade yet I’m convinced it’s the reason why I’m as big as I am
    It helps with Epigenetics

    Summary is,
Kids that eat everything will grow

And even organic pasteurized milk is still way better than most other stuff kids drink today
Yes raw is better but drinking pasteurized organic milk still is loaded with vitamins and minerals and is so easy to get in calorie and nutrition wise

At first, I made a mistake giving my son gerber's baby food. Which surprised me a lot. Because I didn't see any meat in all those baby food. I'm from South Korea. At least, South Korean babies eat rice porridge with "ground beef". And that is what Korean doctors recommend because of iron deficiency. Because I fed my son semi vegetarian gerber food, he is still not a big fan of meet and he loves carbs way too much. Around when he was 16 months old, I stopped giving SAD. The first thing I did was to throw away all the cereals. My son cried for cheerios for 2 days…

Anyway nowadays, I try to feed my 2 year old son as best as I can. He drinks grass fed A2 raw milk, and eat kerrygold butter, raw cheese, free range eggs, bone broth, burgers, home made chicken wings and cod liver oil from Frankie's shop. Even though he is 2 years old, he wears 4T or 5T size clothes. People say he looks healthy, not too fat or too skinny. 🙂

Thanks for sharing such informative video! Your video has been so helpful for my family!

My son's diet as a child was not ideal, I did not know much about nutrition back then, BUT he did have a lot of full cream cows milk as well as mostly home cooked food. He is 6'4, big boned, taller than his father when he was young, I am only 5'3. He also got a lot of sun, he tans very well and his skin can tolerate the sun. Now I know exactly what to feed my grandchildren. I make my own chocolate with ghee, coconut oil, cocoa, stevia and a little vanilla.

My baby girl was born few days ago … perfectly healthy ! I fed my girlfriend grass fed beef chopped cheese , sunny side up runny eggs (pasture raised) even though doctor didnt recommend it and kept pushing prenatal pills that my girl rejected , whole milk kefir , limited the anount of carbs cut out white breads cereals rice cakes and crap like that… she had low iron so they kept telling her to take iron pills … instead introduced grass fed beef liver (even though we hate the taste) …… but again healthy baby girl despite the doctors orders we neglected

I have an extremely hard time finding raw milk. It’s highly illegal in many places. We used to have a place a couple hours away that could sell it “for pet use only” but hurricane Michael caused them to close. Now I want to buy a cow…
