Wish I had this info when I was pregnant with my son in 2001 . I craved and ate tons of candy & the rest was straight up standard American . Pizza pasta subs all grocery store food .

He was born with a major birth defect along with jaundice

I wonder if I ate well , would it have been different

I had excellent pre natal care with him & he breastfed well for 3 months & I couldn’t hack it past that .

No one ever asked me about what I was eating .

I really appreciate that you put brain! I’m 11 weeks pregnant and have found beef brain pills to be helpful with the first trimester fatigue, and slightly helpful for the nausea, ox bile is the most helpful for nausea for me, but the nausea is gone now.

How can I substitute probiotics if yogurt or kefir are the cause of me severe belching. It’s insane.. because I love eating that.

Yeah so basically you should be eating these foods regardless if you are wanting to be pregnant or if you're a man. Also every woman who want to have children should be on a prenatal multivitamin. #1 should have been a great prenatal multivitamin. The fact that it's not on your list is crap.

Ladies, you want that breastmilk, PUMP about an hour after the baby eats. You'll build up an extra supply of milk and your milk supply will get boosted!

My toddler's nails are sort of peeling horizontally and I am worried. My pediatrician is not concerned about this but I am. He is an active, happy and healthy toddler otherwise. Any mamas here who had a similar problem? What do you think Frank?

Thanks for the video Frank. I know you've had your own struggles w vitamin A but what about organ meats for those expecting?

When I first discover your channel I was at the 3rd trimester of my 2nd pregnancy, My first pregnancy I had a “normal, healthy” diet, baby came out fine but she got sick a lot and is a slow grower. I also had to take iron pills starting from 2nd trimester.

Baby 2, i was able to get pregnant after cutting out carbs and upped my egg in take. I was not put on the iron pill, no morning sickness, not tired, baby came out small but heavy (muscular). Other than milk allergy, he barely gets sick, tall, strong and happy.

I’m now pregnant with my 3rd baby, pretty much ate a 80% carnivore diet, no morning sickness, was put on iron pill as I was just depleted from my 2nd. Was only on it for 1 month and was told my iron was too high and I was at risk of iron poisoning. I had steak on a daily basis, yogurt with raw honey, salmon roe with some rice, Kefir, liver, eggs, and the occasional fruits and vegetables. Let’s see how this one turns out!

Thank you for all the hard work that you put into this channel and all the knowledge. So happy to see you’ve surpassed 100k subs!! Keep up the awesome work!

Lmao no one take advice from this lunatic especially if you’re pregnant. Wtf is this none-sense. Maybe you should stop making garbage content and take some time to love yourself and accept your sexuality instead of embarrassing yourself all day.

Man thanks for making videos brother! I'm trying to cook high quality food for my family as much as I can. My parents are older and my sis has celiac but it's easy to cook gluten free if the main focus of the meal is this kind of stuff.

Remember when the TSA put out those new body scanners? UCSF put out an open letter with concerns that got ignored. They're otherwise called millimeter wave machines. You know what the faster variety of 5G is? Millimeter wave. Coincidence? Look into it, if it checks out, do a video about the EMF, thanks.
