Did you give Max a vitamin D supplement at first? I am planning to breastfeed and am looking for good brand recommendations!

Hi Eren, love you video and all information that you shared. However, I would like to ask how come that you were pumping every day if you had enough milk for the beginning? Is it necessary to pump even if you have enough milk and you feed on the demand?

Did you have any issues with Diastasis Recti? Did you avoid planks or burpees during pregnancy?

Great video, so helpful! I have a 2 week old and feel like breastfeeding is going okay but I am not really experiencing any engorgement or leaking. Not sure if that’s normal? Any advice is welcome!

Haaka/nature bond is AMAZING for me. My baby boy is 6 months old and I still use it regularly. I love it!! It just so happens to work WAY better (for me) than even a hospital grade pump.

I think with the machine pumps, the pumping noises really annoy me, like really really bad! which does not help with oxytocin and milk letdown is my guess. Idk why I hate those really loud pumps so badly. So yeah, nature bond/haaka I can fill that up way faster, and. There are no annoying noises that make me angry, cause it’s not a machine.

WOW!! Very Informative!! Love this video! I wish I was able to have breastfed longer than 6mons. I Love breastfeeding but my supply wasn't coming out enough. But this is a great video!

Did you use Snuggle me Organic as a co-sleeper?

Not more than FOUR hours between feedings. Super important. As soon as we night-weaned our twins I was literally pregnant 2 weeks later.

Great video; I don’t think there’s TMI for mothers – we all go through the same 😉
OMG… I’m a little jealous at how Max sleeps at night – my third baby sleeps just as bad as her brothers and still wakes 4 times to nurse at night at 12 months old :-/

I'm an LC. It's important to date and write the time of pumped milk. Reason being is that our hormones change throughout the day and help influence the babies hormones especially when it comes to night and day circadian rhythm. Mother's with thyroid or unknown underlying thyroid issues should avoid fenugreek as it will tank their supply (mothers who don't know they have an underlying thyroid issue will see an immediate drop in supply and should discontinue ingesting fenugreek). Lilypadz makes a re-usable silicon breast pad that works well at preventing let-downs when not nursing/pumping. When it comes to introducing solids, I always recommend baby led weaning when baby can sit on their own in a high chair at the table/a parent lap without back support and starts to reach for food from your plate. Otherwise, great episode of information!

I'm glad breastfeeding is working out for you. I have a 3 month old and my plans were to exclusively breastfeed for a year or more. However, my baby had a tounge tie and my milk never really came it. I worked with a lactation consultant for 2 months trying to build up my milk supply and it never was enough, not even by half. There were lots of tears, and triple feeding is exhausting. I now accepted that it isn't going to happen for me, and I'm trying to just enjoy it the best I can, even though I still have to feed her a bottle of formula.

Thanks for all the great content! Love your videos.

Hi Erin. How do you ensure Max gets adequate amounts of B12 as a vegan child?
