Quinoa 9g/cup – complete protein
Hemp seeds -10g/ounce
Soy / tofu – 11g/100 cal
Nutritional yeast – 14g/oz
Chick peas – 16g/cooked cup
Lentils – 18g/cooked cup
Protein powder 18g/scoop
Just discovered quinoa flakes and now have it as porridge with a little almond milk, cinnamon and a chopped date + 2 tsp flaked almonds. Oats made me feel tired and low so I think I must be intolerant to grain. So glad to have discovered quinoa.
