    I lost a lot of weight by lessening my portions, then my brother died and I couldn’t eat more even if I wanted to. Now I am back to portion control. I went from 63kg to 50kg. Portion control does wonders. Eat, but eat in moderation avoid eating too much for no reason.

    Omg I just love listening to you! I had a double mastectomy 2 yrs ago and still don't feel like myself..I'm a diabetic..High blood pressure..just had 2 shoulder surgery..last one I had a complete replacement.❤️

    I've lost about 25 lbs this year. Partially because of depression and lack of appetite. But it really helped me. I do pay more attention to what I eat, I don't deny myself a sweet treat sometimes. I even find sweets less appealing now. My style is sort of of omad or calorie restrictive but it's just how my body is now. I just listen to my body. I was almost, if not in the obese catagory in Dec 2020 now I'm 5 lbs from a normal bmi. Though I'm not stopping there. I want to be fit going forward.

    Guys, dieting never works, because eventually you'll leave it and gain the weigh again. But a healthy lifestyle does, you need to permanently stop consuming some stuff. For example,

    1.i don't eat white or brown sugar, i only consume stevia.
    2. I eat peas or hummus with carrots if i have a craving, it does work.
    3. I consume one cup of tea before and after every meal, try and drink it hot.
    4. I normally have a banana and strawberry mixed with oatmeal juice for breakfast, if not, i have avocado or cream cheese with bread.
    5. If you eat a lot one day, the next only drink a lot of tea for breakfast, then you continue with the normal meals.
    6. Eat these three to maintain good and healthy weight: protein, carbs and vitamins.
    7. Obviously drink water, i normally drink 3 to 4 cups of water a day.
    8. I do not consume white rice, i eat brown rice and same applies for my bread and toast.
    9. I divide my food in little plates to serve myself what i want and not feel forced to eat.
    10. Eat slowly and chew a lot.
    11. When you're halfway to finish a meal, drink some tea and continue eating.
    12. I have a schedule for eating: breakfast is from 8-10, lunch from1-3 and dinner from 7-8.

    That's all, and remember to not starve yourselves (i didn't try this method because i'm not up to lose hair, bouncing my weight back, not being able to move or exercise, being weak all the time, have dark eye bags, and an infinity of other stuff) and that somedays we are allowed to have cravings.

    Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tried every fat reduction program that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my mate who told me amazing things about it and so far to date I have effectively dropped 19 pounds within 3 weeks!
