None of this worked on my kid, he just avoids anything that tastes or smells bad to him.
I feel like green food colouring could be used well. Make a smoothie for a kid and have them see you add the green colouring into a smoothie, then when they’re not looking, add a handful of spinach or kale or something they won’t notice and they’ll think the green only came from the food colouring rather than the dark green leafy vegetable as well
So much psychology into it.. love it! đŸ™‚
