The only suggestion I have is to make the videos a lit but shorter. There seems to be no good reason for almost all your videos to be 20 minutes or more. That way, the content get diluted and it gets boring. I normally watch, at most, 10 minutes and move to the next. 20 minutes or more, I will use to watch lectures/presentations/classes.

Animal organs are so unsustainable. Talk about destroying our planet from greenhouse gasses, imagine everyone eating animal organs all day . Phew sure from your perspective we would have healthier bodys but damn , would we have a planet? And I love the taste of broccoli, carrots, tofu, beets, lentils . Meat on the other hand is disgusting to me. Always has been. I think everyone has different dietary needs because honestly the planet could not support everyone consuming one specific diet.

Hopefully, her baby was a thief and took everything it needed right out of her body. By that, I mean that baby should raid her blood, bone marrow, joint tissue, and everything else so it can get what it needs to develope.

Did you go from extreme veganism to extreme meat eating brother? You seem to have done a LOT of research into diet and health, and have a lot of knowledge about it. I am looking for a balanced diet away from idealistic extremes, what would you recommend?

It makes sense that vegans who eat processed can sustain it longer; my family is part Italian, so things like bread and pasta are eaten often. I’m aware they’re not great for nutrition. After watching some of your videos before bed last night, I realised I am really craving prawns or a blt or chicken sandwich; all of which I haven’t eaten in years! But the craving is there.
Sad that she’s so fixated on keeping her meals as low fat as possible while pregnant. Actually it’s disgusting. What does she think a human brain consists of? She’s doing her child such a disservice.

Your speech is infortunately still too full of belief, you should be more careful with facts. For instance, You don't know how the grass tastes to the cow, because you are not one. If that's meant to prove a point, I don't know which one is it, because there are endless vegan/vegetarian foods in all cultures that taste wonderful, I mean, I take care to eat what tastes good to me. If you had bad food yourself that's your experience, but highly misinformed in that sense… Or is it that you want to believe so much that plants are useless for you nutrition-wise that you shut off your taste buds to it? I mean I respect your taste, but I also respect facts.
Cabbage, broccoli, peas, etc never tasted disgusting to me since I started eating solid foods (2 years-old). However some meats did taste disgusting, so they do for other children. So the argument of children's preferences is indeed interesting and may be taken into account but it's not one-sided. Maybe we are all different, genetically adapted to different diets, like proved by some investigations already! Or, also proved, that children learn to like according to how they are fed, to a certain extent.
Vegetarianism in india is huge… The mediterranean diet is also heavy in plants. So there is not only tribal people with certain food habits to prove a point. If that's what you want to bring forth to discussion, I could talk about the natives of the Marquesas Islands, who were mainly plant based and ate only pork or fish here and there, because their climate was thriving on more plant foods they used to eat on a daily basis.
"plants don't have fat soluble vitamins"? What? why spread misinformation?… vitamin A and E are fat soluble and strongly present in plants.
Vitamin A in a variety of different things including "orange" foods: sweet potatoes,carrots, pumpkins, mangos, seeds… Etc. Vitamin E is highly present in olive oil, peanuts, broccoli, red bell peppers….
The reason I am putting all of this down is not because you are raising awareness to the dangers of vegan pregnancies, because I think that is a good thing. It is because you seem to disbelieve the benefits of a "plant based" diet, hence disagreeing with the world health organization…

I think the whole vegan thing is a big con to better control everyone. Like you don't think about what you eat, government just says its good, and so healthy! And not only not using your own brain to think about your food, not using your thinking about how everything is falling around around you

Menschenfleisch wäre genauso "lecker". Ist Menschenfleisch auch unsere Nahrung? Rechtfertigt das Menschen zu essen? Ja, für dich vermutlich schon, nur leider ist das Gesetz im Weg, stimmts? Deine Denkweisen führen zu kranken Aussagen.

– Gefroreres Gemüse oder Obst ist halt besser von den Nährstoffen. Hier gehts nicht um Eisenmangel, das interpretierst du rein, und nochmal: Deine Meinung ist irrelevant.

Since I seen you for 1st time this week I am shaking for steak tatar. I used to eat it often whilst I was living in Eastern Europe. I am missing it. Gotta find decent butcher ASAP.
I remember as a kid growing in the Balkans my grandfather would milk the cow and give me fresh raw warm milk to drink, Jesus it was soooo good, then the yoghurt was on another level , you just took the raw milk and let it sit in a terracotta pot with a cloth on top for about 3 days in a warm place in the house and you had amazing yoghurt

I absolutely regret that I didn't eat more red meat when I was pregnant. Like most ignorant people I tried to eat plant based foods. Sure I had good pregnancies but I still credit it to being in great shape and the animal foods that I did eat. I could only imagine how much better me and my babies would've been had I eaten a mostly carnivore diet. I know it affected my oldest because he's always been too skinny and weak, despite that he's always eaten a lot. It may be a coincidence but I made a huge effort to eat a lot of salads and vegetables when I was pregnant with him. I also fed him a mostly plant based diet during the earlier years. Oh well. Now I just make sure me and my kids eat mainly animal based. They never get sick and they're getting stronger. Luckily they are still children and are still developing. Feeding vegan food to your children should be considered criminal, in my opinion.

I am looking forward to my minced meat patties. Blended with salt and egg. Fried halfway through. I like them that way. Soft and yummy. Today I also got some pieces of lightly fried liver, salted to taste.
raw liver is my staple. I eat it every day and it is very inexpensive.
