Thanks for sharing Jenn! Fun to watch as always. I have just been eating 32 pieces of candy (little ones, but still way to many) and if that just wasn't enough I ate an (here in The Netherlands we have Sinterklaas, it is not like your Santa claus, but it is a 5 dec celebration for the little ones) entire letter "G" in chocolate (in dec we have all the chocolate letters from the alfabet to gift to someone and then take the first letter of their name). And now I regret eating all this. But after watching your video I feel less "guilty" of eating all this (like you've said here, we are all human).

Made the chili in the pressure cooker. Set the timer for 45 min. Came out great. Wanted to know what the point value of the chili is. Did not have the bread that you showed in the video.

Excited to see the changes you make to your diet over the next weeks/months. I have a lot farther to go with my weight loss, but I am also preparing for a vacation in a few weeks so trying to do what I can to feel my best before I go. I, like you, will be enjoying some indulgences on vacation, but trying to do so in moderation with the goal of getting right back on track leading up to the holidays. Can't wait to see how things go for you!

Thank you for sharing that it is still a struggle for you at times. I think sometimes when people watch influencers and they think that they are perfect 100% of the time and never have any slip ups. I also make sure when I buy Halloween candy that I don’t buy any of my favorites. I definitely have a sweet tooth and struggle with having sweets in the house.
I really appreciate this video! The foods look wonderful and I completely get what you are saying about maintenance and food triggers. I’ve had some sad news that surprised me and both times, I started eating through the pantry which is an old dysfunctional way of dealing with frustration. Thanks for the new whole real food strategy along with leaving trigger foods out of sight.

I couldn’t have candy corn in the house .. totally gave up my candy trigger foods …love the idea of the last quarter of the year …mindful eating …thanks for sharing

It's so fun to see Lola playing! I'd often see her resting but she's looking so much better. I'm impressed you can fold laundry, video and talk at the same time. I'm continually having to remind myself of the "why's" for my weight loss. It really helps me and the fall weather in MN has really affected my chronic pain from my arthritis. Losing weight to save my joints is helping but I have quite a bit more to lose. Have fun in Hawaii!
Hi Jenn…everything is so cute. I wanted to mention..I have a lot of the wallflower plug ins in my house also. Be careful if you have them under a cabinet. Much to my surprise, the oil accumulated underneath the cabinet. A real mess. I taped pieces of tin foil under the cabinet so it won’t ruin them anymore. Especially want to be careful when you move. ❤️

Nice Halloween decorations. Loved the end of the video with the haunted house and spooky letters too. Look spooktacular! I have been struggling for a long while now and have not been in the mood to re-start my diet, but I am going to start Friday. I will also try to focus more on real food, not junk food and less snacking. The second big thing is I am going to start some form of exercise…probably walking because of my bad knee. That is about all I can manage right now…but it is something and hand weights as well. I am soooo fed up being this heavy and really need to get serious. Thanks for the encouragement!
