Water is toxic if you drink enough of it
I have gallbladder diskinesea(meaning it doesn’t contract properly), but no gallstones. Maybe turmeric will help. Thanks!
Hello, does this still stand?
Anyone else enjoy watching his videos while stoned? So funny. And I am so into it. Love learning.
Turmeric is a massive migraine trigger for me!
Is turmeric tea blend OK if you have low ferritin? I'm taking iron supplements for this.
More worrisome should be the fact that turmeric is an MAO Inhibitor and can have the same side effects including extreme panic attacks.
Why should you eat it at all ?! Because of some "social media" craze ? Somebody is making big money . Simple solutions for simple minded
Puedo consumir curcuma si ya no tengo la vesícula biliar ?
Oh damn I didn't know about the black pepper thing. I don't eat black pepper daily but I do use it.
You should try and make your speech clearer and slower for your audience thanks
You sounds like you're teaching seventh grade class. Your affect distracts from the information.
Once again putting something into a pill increases the risk versus the relative safety of eating the food source.
You mean to say "buy US product not from other countries"….What gall!!!
Ok so as a part of same subcontinent person let me correct you here a little bit. We use 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric everyday in our meal that is for whole family not for one person plus I got some skin issues back in 2010. I went to the doctor who was German . His assistant suggested to do some tests for allergies and my dr asked me “do I use turmeric in my food on a regular basis?” I said yes it’s everyday herb. He said to his assistant there is no need for allergies test run as it’s impossible for a body to get allergies who consume turmeric since childhood. And later on he was right. I got something alse that was not allergies.
I hear we adapt to oxolates ?
Says what. ? Who? Bull.
I agree, these videos are essential. I took a liver detox each day with half a teaspoon of turmeric, unknowingly the turmeric was thinning my blood and caused flooding during my menstrual cycle. I became very ill and anemic. But I carried on, it was my husband that discovered this out years later. It is best to be very cautious, we read about benefits but we should be told about side effects. I have recovered well, thank God, and still take it but with caution and never during my cycle.
Tumeric
Another patient who should avoid Turmeric altogether is a hemophiliac. (We learned that the hard way.)
This guy sounds so bored making this video that he wish he didn't have to actually make this video
Buy a bottle of tumeric and put it on spaghetti sauce. No the whole bottle of course.
All plants are inherently safe except GMO plants – those are poisonous – lol!
Too much of one thing is not good
Low Platlets don't use Turmeric.
Cyanide is natural…
Thanks for sharing. Our food should be our medicine and our medicine food. In all we do, moderation and variety is important. God bless

Thank you for this informative video. Appreciate the research you put into it.
Not good explain
My body simply doesn't like turmeric. Anti inflammatory, now they are saying cod liver oil is the big daddy. If you decide, make sure it's not the brand that has been "cleansed" to death where they have to add vitamin a and d.
I just love how unbiased he is. Dr Michael Greger's preamble in the intro put to rest doubts about whether he is just a plant-based fanboy without exception… and this is coming from a reader of his book "how not to die". Big respect
Found this channel bec I had a gallbladder pain attack after eating a thumb-sized organic turmeric. This is the only channel that mensions this.
I tried eating it again the next day but with kimchi. Little pain only.
I read online that cooking & boiling high oxalate foods can reduce oxalates.
Turmeric is medicinal property.
White people try brain wash what Africans know what is best for them…if tumeric and curcumin could really harmful Indians could die long long time ago because they prefer herbs so much than drugs which white people introduced to us..
If we consume the fresh root of turmeric, and it is almost the size of a thumbnail, would it have risk esp. kidney stones.
Brilliant in a nutshell, no more than a tea spoonful in my daily smoothie with a pinch of black pepper. One question what other foods should we avoid while taking turmeric.
So how do you know if your prone to a condition before you get it?
Amen
Anything in excess is dangerous
Wish you would just get to point. Too much explaining.
