I have gallbladder diskinesea(meaning it doesn’t contract properly), but no gallstones. Maybe turmeric will help. Thanks!

Is turmeric tea blend OK if you have low ferritin? I'm taking iron supplements for this.

More worrisome should be the fact that turmeric is an MAO Inhibitor and can have the same side effects including extreme panic attacks.

Once again putting something into a pill increases the risk versus the relative safety of eating the food source.

Ok so as a part of same subcontinent person let me correct you here a little bit. We use 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric everyday in our meal that is for whole family not for one person plus I got some skin issues back in 2010. I went to the doctor who was German . His assistant suggested to do some tests for allergies and my dr asked me “do I use turmeric in my food on a regular basis?” I said yes it’s everyday herb. He said to his assistant there is no need for allergies test run as it’s impossible for a body to get allergies who consume turmeric since childhood. And later on he was right. I got something alse that was not allergies.

I agree, these videos are essential. I took a liver detox each day with half a teaspoon of turmeric, unknowingly the turmeric was thinning my blood and caused flooding during my menstrual cycle. I became very ill and anemic. But I carried on, it was my husband that discovered this out years later. It is best to be very cautious, we read about benefits but we should be told about side effects. I have recovered well, thank God, and still take it but with caution and never during my cycle.

My body simply doesn't like turmeric. Anti inflammatory, now they are saying cod liver oil is the big daddy. If you decide, make sure it's not the brand that has been "cleansed" to death where they have to add vitamin a and d.

Found this channel bec I had a gallbladder pain attack after eating a thumb-sized organic turmeric. This is the only channel that mensions this.
I tried eating it again the next day but with kimchi. Little pain only.
I read online that cooking & boiling high oxalate foods can reduce oxalates.
