Everything was at 'profound' level until last 60 seconds, "We're not good at converting fat into sugars" !!??… What kinda fats? like all that crap adulterated vegetable oil? One thing that seldom gets examined is how many calories Blue Zone people eat. I would love to find some research on that aspect. One hears quite often how reducing caloric intake slows metabolism. Well, there is ample research that shows that when we slow our metabolism, we also slow the aging process. This has me intrigued and I am currently searching to see if there is a
connection.

The one machine I would say is worth having is the mini trampoline..it goes against gravity too…Make sure you get a good one..the springs make the difference…
the moral of the stories is , they eat buckwheat, beans and rice though. Sooooo it's ok to eat if you eat other certain beneficial foods. If your gut is intact, then you can eat these foods. its not the enemy.
How much fruit is too much? I have a serving of about 6 different fruit every day.

The Adventists have been preaching for over a century that cheese is not healthy!!! Not sure where you got that they eat a lot of cheese. That's just inconsistent with their health message. I've been studying it for over 2 decades. Another thing they do to stay healthy and I highly recommend that as well, is to avoid any alcohol, caffeine, or unclean meat such as pork, certain fish, duck, rabbit, or pork, among others. I'm surprised that even after studying them in Loma Linda for a long time you still suggest those foods/drinks in your food list and they're just not healthy.
I imagine alot of your patients are Adventist. It's interesting that alot of them would be eating cheese, or high fat even. It seems that the high meat body builders didn't live long lives . Jack Lalanne did, but he ate lots of fruits and veggies, fish, egg whites. Seems he was Lower fat. Kind of interesting
