I started craving fish, cheesecake, chocolate milk and pickles all in just a few days. Assumed I was pregnant, sure enough I was. Immediately got pickles, chocolate milk, Grass fed beef and organic mashed potatoes. Wearing a silver shirt everyday. I'm definitely not even close to perfect health, but ive been eating grass fed meat, organic and overall higher quality then SAD diet for years now. I want the very best for this child. It's my husband that needs to do a lot better with his health…

My father used to give my niece a bag of potatoe chips. I'd cut up some cheese put it on a plate and leave it on the table. 10/10 times my 1 year old niece would forget about the potatoe chips in her hands and just run towards the cheese. She would just dig her face in cheese and completely negate the potatoe chips. It's true that babies have there natural instincts in place and know what to eat/what to avoid.

I was never pregnant but I always used to crave chocolate. My nails would turn blue when I'm in a cold room and my chemistry teacher told me that's a sign of low iron but I didn't take what she said seriously. Eventually my nails would turn blue at the slightest coldness and I was still craving chocolate, eventually I looked up what chocolate is high in and saw it's high in iron. So I looked up for signs of low iron and I definitely had some of the signs. I also looked up what foods are in the iron that I need and saw that beer and goat meat has a lot of iron. My father got me some iron supplement and they did help a little but not completely, eventually my father got some beef and I had only a few pieces for a few days in a week and all the signs of low iron was gone and I never craved chocolate since. Now my father tries his best to buy beef when he can.

My mum said she craved fruit the most with me in her womb im the 4th child she had out of 6, i still can't help to think that maybe it hindered my development though . Is there any reason a woman would crave fruit in pregnancy? Certain minerals, electrolytes missing and not getting enough or just purely for hydration?

I’ve never been pregnant, but I always crave pickles and ice cream. I know it means that I need salt and animal fat. I get terrific foot cramps without salt, so I’ll drink pickle juice. If I crave chocolate, I know it means I really need liver. The good quality ice cream I eat doesn’t even make me gain weight, but it makes me feel better.

What is a pregnant woman? All I see out there are sl*ts taking birth control pills and riding the carousel. Pregnancy? Frank where are we? The 1950s? Come on buddy, get on with the agenda of the day, please. This is toxic masculinity. The pregnancy you just said? Jesus, I hope you get on with the Great Reset, who needs kids when the planet is obviously overheated (LOL here with their climate lies)? Having children is OBVIOUSLY contributing to the problem. I mean, their baby farts and all that? Ewwwhhh! So next time make a video on how Godly abortions make women crave chocolate, please. For God's sake Frank…

I've been drinking lots of raw goat milk with lots of Morton's canning and pickling salt added. Digests better and knocks down the alkalinity and stops bad bugs from flourishing. So all of this def correlates with that

I ate 2 pieces of grass-fed beef raw liver and I read on the internet that you can get Campylobacter bacteria from that wich can even paraloze you. Do you think that could happen?

Chocolate is one of those things I never crave. I can’t stand more than a small piece, same with ice cream but in the meanwhile pickles and sauerkraut cravings are intense! Also beef and seafood particularly mussels. I eat some mussels and I feel they touch my brain in a good way lol

Chocolate is perhaps not the best source of mag because of the neurotoxins which do make it to the baby when I looked into it. The next best things I managed to find were mackerel, plantain. Mackerel has become heavily polluted in my view(at least judging by the parasite epidemic in mackerel and my reaction to it). So Avocados, plantains and mushrooms(shiitake/ wild are best if you can get them) is what I've been focusing on.

I once craved eating raw 85/15 ground beef as I opened it onto frying pan. I didn’t eat it raw, but I had a huge craving to do so. This was when I was 20 hours fasted. Is this normal?
