    1) "Buy whole refrigerated flax seeds and keep refrigerated, must grind before use"

    2) Hemp Seeds good

    3) Sesame seeds/oil
    2 TBSPNon toasted helps to lower blood pressure

    4) Brazil Nuts
    3 pcs per day

    5) Walnuts

    6) Macadamia nuts

    7) Pistachio nuts

    8) Pine Nuts

    I have been consuming pumpkin seeds as my daily meals taken along worh other nuts for evening coffee since I started working and now 66 year old. Alhamdulillah.. I am healthy going for gym daily and I do not have problem with my prostate.

    Remember that any nut or seed that is toasted will have its enzymes destroyed by heat above 115 Fahrenheit. Beware. Soak. Don’t heat your precious nuts and seeds❤
